    Just needed to get my mind off Brand for a while. Too much BS already just verbally agree already so we can all rest and have a goodnites sleep.

    What do u guys think? Well this help his game? I mean he played summer ball last year and came to the season on fire! Is this good or bad news.

    well u can look at this in two ways;
    Kaman is getting practice
    He could get hurt and tired out for the season.

    ^Yep exactly- let's hope that he will stay healthy and also hone his skills but not get over-worked!

    I'm not in favor of his playing for Germany. He needs to devote his full time of getting strong and prepared for next season. And not getting hurt. As much as I think that DeAndre Jordan will be the real deal some day, he ain't there yet, and we would be in a pickle if we had to start the season with Jordan at center.

    I'm glad he gets to be in the Olympics. Hopefully it helps his confidence and he can stay healthy. Viel Glück, Chris.

    I am in favor of him playing. He needs a breath of fresh air, with new settings to expand his horizon. Sharpen some skills, if not German so he can cuss out Dirk. But he can start with some practice a little early, especially since his lazy ass decided to simply quit the last few games ON US!!! Im actually disappointed by Kaman.

    I don't recall him quitting or dogging it. He became ill and he battled back and ankle injuries. I mostly remember Mobley and Kaman busting their ass the hardest in what was a futile effort of a season. But maybe I saw it differently.

    I don't like the idea of Kaman playing with Germany. I see it totally unnecessary vecause he could return injured...I supose it must related with Kaman's hiperactivity.

    Anyways they must play the preolympics and they won't have an easy road with teams like Greece, Slovenia, Croatia or Brazil. Another NBA player who played for the Germans was Shawn Bradley...surely Kaman will help more than the poor Shaun.

    OMG!! Im listening to the radio, am 710 I believe, and people are bashing Kaman because he is playn for the Germans! They r sayn he is not patriotic and the only reason he is playing there is because he is selfish and wants to play in the Olympics and he cant make it on the USA team. WTF!

    Kaman was not asked to participate in Team USA. It's not like you can ask to be in. Colengolo and company have to invite you. Was Kaman even considered? Maybe not because then Carmelo (Cheap shot chicken McNugget) might not make the roster.

    Tim Duncan refused to play against the Virgin Islands while competing with team USA. No one questions his patriotism. Kaman is asked to represent the country of his lineage, and now people are questioning why he isn't on the US roster. John Ireland on 710 jokes Kaman might as well sign up to play for Chad. Har dee har har, Ireland. His parents aren't from Chad, they're from Germany. If he wants to compete with the world's best, he should be praised, for crying out loud. Does anyone bring up Shaq's lazy ass about not wanting to waste his summer breaking a sweat representing the good ol' US of A? Does anyone question his patriotism?

    By the way, if John really wants to question the legitimacy and credicy of the Olympics, how about the fact we're sending an alleged rapist and a gang affiliate. Har dee fucking har, John. I never thought I'd find myself rooting for Germany.

    ****. I called in to 710 but they cut me off. I guess I didn't praise their beloved lakers enough.

    I only got in one question (why wasn't Kaman asked by Colengelo to play if he's such a wanted center?) They said he wasn't playing at his current dominating level at the time of roster considerations and then I was cut off. My very next question was going to be about rapist himself. Oh well, next time.

    I don't have a problem with him playing for the German squad (unless he get's hurt then the hell with the German's ) The timing is what bothers me the most he could easily be practicing with B.D. all summer getting to learn each other's strenghts and weaknes.
