So I'm very isolated from any news surrounding the LA Clippers being in Northeastern US. I'd like to know if you guys have any insider info on who will get the final roster spot. I'm under the impression that the Clips still hold 16 players and have until Monday to make the final cut or cuts. I'm a big Blakely fan and personally think he's better than Travis Leslie, but we'll see what decision they make. To sum up, what will the final roster be?

All 15 slots are already signed to guaranteed contracts. Leslie is signed.

He's signed but it's non guaranteed. It's down to him and Blakley.

I think both are actually very similar players but I'd hold onto Leslie simply because of his chemistry with the younger guys the last 2 years and because he's a better athlete.

Believe Leslie contract is partially guaranteed for around $250,000.

I still think we need a 3rd PG. I'd be happy to see CP and Bledsoe play all 82 games but we have to assume they'll miss a few games.

Crawford and Billups can do it in stretches but I think that would mess up the flow of the rotation.

Billups is and has always been a pg, so him going back to that position due to any injuries or emergencies, for any length of time is like riding a bicycle. SG is not his strongest position.

We have plenty of versatility to makes things work if no season ending injuries occur to our key players..

I think Leslie became a keeper during that Lakers game. All he needs to do is believe in himself, and he'll be just fine.

Sorry I'm not familiar with Blakey but we need a true SG. Wh have 3 point guards. EB is too small with CP3 or Billups

Mainly for mismatch purposes and to trick tempos. Chris Paul runs a slow half-court attack. Eric Bledsoe is a fast full-court onslaught. Chauncey Billups is the mediator with a highly intelligent basketball IQ. Basically, two heads are better than one.

Defensively, Billups at the point would be a huge problem.

I like both over Willie Green. Green is a mess. Undersized, slow and now he can't shoot. I got Leslie > Blakely > Green.

I'd take his leadership and smarts over his defensive liabilities if needed to play pg in that situation.

I agree. But with his age and coming off major surgery, he can only do that in stretches.

Looks like Leslie takes the last spot. Will he get any playing time or even be active? No way. So it doesn't really matter.
