Looks like Memphis is trading Bayless for Courney Lee from Boston. I got no problems with this. Bayless has hit a lot of threes against us.

What's weird is Bayless was +22 for Memphis last night. Hit 2-3 three pointers, had 5 assists and played more than 26 minutes.

Al Jefferson and Demarcus Cousins had quite the battle last night. Jefferson faired quite well and the Bobcats won.

OKC is going to lose to the Jazz. The Spurs almost loss to the Griz. So close. Conley was dominating Parker and had a field day going against his nonexistent defense but it wasn't enough.

OKC and Portland both lost. Spurs just got by Memphis, and the F ING warriors won again. Now they are on top of us. mumum

Nets are up against GSW at half time.

Reggie hasn't played a minute, I wish we could have him.

Channing Fry's gonna see a lot of open looks with Love guarding him. Might not matter the way the T Wolves score.

I thought Shaun Livingston had blown that for the Nets for a minute there, giving away 3 FTs to Curry.

Interesting that the T Wolves didn't blow out the Suns in the first quarter. Already bodes well for the Suns.

For you old schoolers, Shaun had two monster games starting with BKN as PG

. Against GSW 13 pt, 5 reb, 1 block/ 4 steals

32 min

Against Atlanta

34 min 12 pts, 5 reb 1 block, 1 steal

WE LOVE YOU SHAUN

Those TWolves and closing games is pretty dire. Must be depressing for team and fans.

I said they would fall back down to earth. I actually like a lot of the team. I especially like Pekovic. Rubio is cunning and is now hitting his shots. We all know about Love and somehow he still escapes criticism. Problem is his defense can be a liability and he does disappear too much in the 4th. Although he does like to have occasional big games against Blake. Love's a great player...the Master of the Box Score...but I still say he's not as "great" as he's been made out to be.

Not able to see the game but the box score looks like the Spurs front line is destroying MIN's front line...although Pek is having a great game otherwise.

Kevin Love was a complete no show against the Spurs. He has been mediocre lately.

Yeah it'll be interesting to see by the end of the season which power forward is actually in a separate class from the rest.

You won't see me compliment Cousins too much (though he can ball), but it looks like he destroyed Hibbert tonight in Indiana. SAC still lost, but damn.

He is definitely having an all-star year. Best center in the league already. He showed that against Hibbert (he put up those numbers in the first 3 quarters and had 19 and 10 in the 3rd q alone) and everyone else he has been matched up against so far. The only person who outperformed him so far was Al Jefferson, but he still got his. And if you think he doesn't play good d, you are wrong. He is top 6 in the league in steals per game and can start the break a lot like Griffin. He is also a factor in the paint with his big body. He is top 7 in pts per game, steals per game, rebounds per game, fts made per game and is shooting around .500. He is pretty much unstoppable in the paint on offense, his is passing is good, he can make his outside jumper and he can outrebound anybody. I've been watching most of the Kings games because i have Cousins on my fantasy team and I gotta give Boogie his credit.

Nugs/Dubs

I'll be rooting for the Rocky mountains tonight.

With all that said, he's not the best center in the league. Moving in a upward trend so that's good.

who is having a better season? just watch him play before you judge him.

tense2

Have seen him play and like I said he's moving in the right direction. But he's an average shooter for his position who's TO rate and fouls per game are above the average center. He's PPG are good because his FGA's per game are +70% higher then what the average center attempts.

There are several guys having as good if not better around seasons then him.

Anyway, glad he's doing well for you in your fantasy league though. Hope he keeps going forward.

P.S.

And now with SportsVu and it's 6 cameras in the catwalks tracking a players movements 25 times per second, they can help you "see" what your eyes have missed or though they "saw".

Ariza looks ridiculously good this season. Averaging 6 attempts from 3 and nearly shooting 40%. Will probably be shooting 40% after this Heat game. Really really wish we did the Butler for Ariza trade. He is the perfect SF for this team. Good wing defender, a very capable 3 point shooter, great off the ball and a fairly versatile player in general.

Also Oden sighting. He looked very good in limited minutes. Hope he manages to stay healthy. There is a reason why he was drafted over Durant. He was a really dominant center with insane upside.

A good wing defender yes, but besides this year he's a below average 3Pt shooter. This is his best year to date in that department. LT .335%.

He seems to have improved his 3 point shooting drastically. Last season was his best shooting season from 3 and he improved even more this season. It could be an anomaly and the sample size isn't great but yea even if he only shoots the 3 at around 36% it would be fine. He is a much better rebounder and defender than Dudley.

Agree on the rebounding and defending part. He's always been a average to below average shooter all his career.

Love almost pulled out a victory, hitting two straight 3 pointers against the Kings...after disappearing for most of the 4th. But Kings pull it out.
