Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but this year after each player makes a basket they play a clip of a song, or in CP's case someone says "woooo!" Personally, I don't like it. When you hear it over and over again it gets pretty annoying. The only one that fits is when they play Lil Wayne song "That's my DJ" when DJ scores. Maybe that one is ok because he doesn't score that often so don't hear it as much.

Not sure if anyone else does not like this. Maybe I'm a creature of habit and used to the old ways where you just say the players name.

They do in baseball too when players go up to bat. pitchers do it too when walking to the mound. Does anyone remember the gagne into song when he would walk toward the mound to close? Welcome to the jungle would play amd you knew the game was won

Definitely has not always been like that. I have been going to games for 20 years and this is the first year they have done that.

I mean it is what it is, and I guess I will have to get used to it, but for now I am not a fan.

I liked it but agree sum are annoying especially since the song only plays for a short time, you can hardly tell what song it is b4 it ends I really like the dj song though thats about it. Cp3's wooo! is ok just needs sum music after. the players should choose music thats more mainstream and more appealing to all fans.

I think it's alright. When watching the OKC game it seemed like they played music for almost the whole game and it seemed like it actually might have thrown the players off. I think it's nice to hear something new. Get tired of the defense chant every possession and the same two clap routines... Wish we had more chants. Linda cool when they do the CP3 chant. It's not as arrogant as chanting MVP. The ric flair whooo is catchy.

I have no problem with the music that is played during the possessions. I think it's entertaining. I get annoyed with the 3 second clip they play after a guy scores a basket.
