Does anyone know if their is an app or a way that I can listen to post game clippers after each game?

Are there any LA radio stations out there that have bought into what the Clippers have going on and are even talking about them?

Only way I ever get to hear about the Clippers is on League Pass, and just maybe a segment or two on ESPN 710.

There have to be some other outlets right?

Sorry, dude. This is a Laker town. The only time the Clippers get some coverage on sports talk radio here is the day after a Clippers-Lakers game. Even then, the topic of the day is how the Lakers did that night. And if they somehow do talk about the Clippers, it's always "Are the Clippers finally getting out of the shadow of the Lakers" instead of "The Clippers are serious contenders." And then you'll have sorry-ass insecure Laker fans calling in, saying, "We Laker fans are all about June. Clipper fans can have all their fun now but we're all about championships!!!!!" Anyway, you'll only get full clippers during post game shows on KFWB 980. I'm not sure if it's on iHeartRadio, but check it out if it's there.

Even with us in first for now,,every station in LA talks about the Fakers. How they are great one day, garbage the next. No love for us,,ever. We are the Satan team of LA. We are ruining their fun and no one wants to talk about it.

yeah i had to actually purchase a small radio for whenever i get the urge to listen to clippers on 980. internet radio doesnt allow for it (aka no app access)

i will say this: with success comes limelight. with limelight comes bandwagon. with bandwagon comes higher ratings. and with higher ratings comes access to more clipper products available in stores and the POTENTIAL for 570am to purchase the rights to make them the official clipper station. if we keep winning, it'll definitely happen. guaranteed.

i mean cmon. our games are broadcast on the 24/7 news station.

This seems to be the only times Clippers are on the radio.

If the rumors of KFWB 980 flipping from news and talk to sports (and picking up CBS Sports' new radio network in the process) becomes true, it could very well be that place to talk Clippers everyday. There's a few podcasts out there in the meantime, including one that just recently launched that I discovered today: Clippstream (clippstream.tumblr.com). I listened to a couple of episodes today...just like the guys that do the *** and the Loaded Clip, the two hosts are season-ticket holders and they really know their stuff.

Yeah, I have wondered about the same thing. I live in Baltimore and work overnight so I miss most of the games, but if I could find a station that does this then I would be happy.

There's the ESPN Clippers Podcast hosted by Kevin Arnovitz and Jordan Heimer:

http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/radio/archive?id=7548394

Other than that, you'll hear some talk on 710 ESPN, mainly from Marcellus Wiley and Arash Markazi. People like Max Kellerman and Mason & Ireland talk Lakers like 95% of their entire show. It's ridiculous.

Ekker, have you sen the movie DRIVE?

With the opening scene with the Clippers v Raptors and Lawler was calling the game?

I was just thinking about what you said about the Clipper games being on a 24/7 news radio station and when Ryan Goseling's character tunes the radio to the game!!! LOL

That was one of the best parts of the movie, if not the best!

Yeah, and I love how the Clippers game actually plays into part of the plot. Brilliant opening scene!

yeah, the podcast option is nice and there's a few good ones. it just irks me that most/all of them are by transplants.

Cleepers wonders that the problem with that is...

Seriously though, I hear you. But this is LA. Seems like half the people here (or more) are transplants. This may be more true on the Westside, where I am, than other areas, but still. I think we just have to embrace it and judge the people on what they know and feel about the team now, regardless of where they came from.

oh yeah, im not complaining. its just interesting.

transplants tend to be clipper fans (or at least hold them on an even playing field with their "home team") instead of laker fans. that's how much people hate the lakers.
