Some good info.

"How ruthless is "A Tribe Called Bench?" They surrender only 87.2 points per 100 possessions. As a frame of reference, no other unit among the NBA's Top 50 most commonly used lineups came in below 90.0. Opponents posted an effective field goal percentage of 41.6 percent (only one other unit in the Top 50 held the opposition below 45 percent), and that doesn't even account for the fact 20 percent of opponents' possessions end in turnovers."

Crazy to think how many people were against most of these moves this summer. People tried to argue that our bench got WORSE which made me openly say WTF. This bench is so complete compared to others and deserves a ton of praise. If Gary Sacks doesn't win EOTY it's a bunch of horse crap.

I saw a clippers fan patrol wearing one and I asked her where to get it. She said they'll be available on January 24 on fan viewing event against Phoenix

Best article I have read in a while. I hope people stop giving Bled so much love. I'm trying to keep him in a Clipper jersey.

No one on the planet predicted our bench would be this good.

We knew Bled would be better. We knew Crawford could score. But who really knew... that Crawford would be this efficient on O and a willing passer? That Barnes (especially) and Turiaf would be playing well above their presumed capabilities? That LO would be this rejuvenated?

Color me happily surprised.

Interesting article.

As I expected what makes our bench strong isn't its offense(which is not too shabby but not great) but its swarming defense. Our bench is all strong defensively outside of Crawford. Our bench has a weak half court offense but gets a lot of stops defensively and gets loads of fastbreak points off turnovers.

Its basically our bench that gives people the perception that we are a running team. Our bench runs while when CP3 is running the point we usually play slower than average.

^people have to mention that its surprising to see crawford playing solid d. ill be honest, i was against the barnes signing at first, although i realized he may be playing with a chip on his shoulder to prove all the teams that passed him up wrong. our bench is sick.

Not sure our bench got worse, but I think we all had concerns about Lamar Odom, and a lot of us weren't big fans of Matt Barnes who talked trash about our team last year.

So far, Barnes is probably our best overall bench player getting points, boards, blocks, steals and his high energy.

same here. i thought that he would add a negative element to the team, but so far he has been really cool. great production too. crawford also turned out to be much better.than expected
