I think we need to go back to using Ryan a little more than Ronny. Both have butterfingers and Ronny might be a little better rebounder, but Hollins is the best center on our team at hitting free throws and he really for have a more polished offensive game than Ronny. He also plays well in pick and roll situations on both ends of the court. Plays with a ton of energy. Vinny messed up by leaving him on the bench on this road trip. Agree or diaagree?

Agree. Ronny is inconsistent, so is best to have him go out there in spurts and provide energy. He was great in his role last night, gobbling up a few offensive rebounds.

Ryan, on the other hand, had a ton of boards, some nice finishes, and sets good picks. I was really surprised early in the season as he was much better than i expected. One of my buddies is a huge Celtics fan and he agreed based on Ryan's play last year.

I was surprised to see him benched the way he's been but I wonder if there's more to this then just thinking Ronny is better or whatever...

Nothing annoys me more than when Turiaf goes to the line, he is not good enough in other areas to be that bad from hardy stripe

I would go with Ryan Hollins. He played well early this year when he got the chance but for some reason turiaf took his minutes. Hollins brings great defense and he can do something on offense. Turiaf is a much better rebounder who can only dunk.

Hollins should get a few minutes! A waste of a legit 7 foot tall dude.

Hollins had a few bad games I think that put him in the doghouse. He is also a foul machine but he should be out there when free throws count

I would like to see a lineup of Odom at SF, Blake at PF, and Hollins at C during late game defensive situations because Hollins isn't a liability at the FT line.

Ronny needs to be used as an enforcer when you want to clog up the paint and beat on guys,,,ala Reggie,,not when you need points. A sacrificial lamb that doals out punishment. I like Ryan, dude at least plays every minute as though he were in the Finals.

Hollins gets a foul every 35 seconds. If not for that he'd be a stud. He'll either put us in the penalty or hurt us when we are but he can shoot FT's

Agreed. This was the main problem with him.He had a great game but he is a hot head and fouls a lot which could get us in trouble but I think VDN should give him some minutes since Turiaf hasn't been playing that good.Reward hard work and I think you will see guys really stepping it up if their minutes are in danger.

Yea I remember when that bozo said a week ago that LeBron James is no different than Andre Blatche and Joe Johnson. lol LBJ and the Heat ended up destroying the Nets for the third time and Reggie Evans was a complete nonfactor he couldn't even get many boards.

He was a nice specialist but also a huge flopper and he needs to keep his mouth shut.

smh at the guy who said thats why he misses reggie. all hes good for is getting rebounds and flopping. never hit anyone with a hard foul, and instead of taking a hard foul on someone, he would try to avoid contact, which often times led to and ones. idk, he thought he was indispensable to this team, and that him being in foul trouble was a terrible proposition. smh. ryan and ronny are better than reggie.
