"He's picking up on a lot of nuances, spending so much time with [Clippers assistant coach] Robert Pack, watching film, breaking down game situations," Billups said of Bledsoe. "I spend some time with him, talking about the game, about what I see out there and about what he can do out there. And, of course, he's watching Chris and going over things with Chris. He's in a very unique situation. To have a guy like Chris that you're playing behind and having me here to help him out, oh man. He takes advantage of it.

"He's very coachable. He listens to everything and, more important than anything else, he wants to be great. He wants to be great. I don't ever foresee any kind of coaching problems for him."

Isnt it more than apparent how retarded VDN is. Look what bledsoe has been doing in cp3 absence. How was willie green playing more minutes then bledsoe again? The coach has to find a way to get bledsoe around 25 minutes. He can play off the ball like he did in college. A player this talented needs to be on the floor. Play willie 10 minutes 5 in first and 5 in third quarter. Give his 10 other minutes to bledsoe that would put him round 25 minutes a game.

It just blows me away how good this team is and VDN has not maximized this roster yet. Deandre needs more minutes as well does bledsoe. LO can get less as well as willie.

You know I think we should keep Bled even when Chris signs next season and experiment with Eric at the 2. His 3pt shooting is good this year, he needs to work on the long 2 but he gets to the rim a lot with a good FT%. Defensively he's a beast who's only going to get better, so I'm not worried about the taller sg's he'll have to guard. We can find a average to above average pg to back up Paul via trade or FA next year.

Yesterday's game showed what kind of young sg he could be....and that's very good one....hmmm.

Plus, if the experiment doesn't work, you can S&T him after the season ends...a lot to gain and not much to lose IMO.

I agree with VDN's retardness. Did you guys know Green has played like 3 times the minutes Bledsoe has this year? It's absurd. Green is easily the worst player on our roster and Bledsoe is quite possibly our 3rd best all around player.

It's a coin flip for me between Wille and Caron on the worst of the starters "86, lol.

Do you think Eric can play the 2?....I do. I think his mentality is more on that side of the game.

Hell yes he can play the SG. Sure some SG's will kill him but they did with 5'11 175 pound Iverson too. The good things he does will offset it FAR more than Green.

Yep, Iverson is a good comparison. Eric's a bit bigger, much stronger with as much if not more athletic ability.

P.S.

Just for the record, Eric has played 200+ more minutes than Green.

Figured he has now. In the last 8 games alone would have made up for it. In the beginning of the year willie got more minutes and when CP3 was healthy bledsoe and willie played about the same minutes. Considering bledsoe can play much better defense and even though the sample size is smaller bledsoe shoots the three at a higher percentage. It seems when bledsoe can catch and shoot his three it usually goes in but when he makes a move he usually misses. Willie should still start but just play fewer minutes.

Thanks for correction. I must have saw something outdated, prior to all these starts. Anyways Bledsoe IS more athletic than Iverson and he's way stronger and heavier at 205 vs 175.

As best as I can figure EBled is locked up 2013-14 and is a RFA that summer. It means we have him cheap next year. Billups will be gone and so will Butler. If he pans out as a SG and we want to keep him we have the upper hand. We have only to match another offer not bid higher. If so we may keep him if we can afford. $12 mil today New CBA ??

If not we can make a trade and he'll be a RFA for another squad just like Eric Gordan who I sure wanted above all to be a Hornet. Twisted Evil
