Post subject: Are You Getting Nervous? So Much Can Happen!

| I am extremly nevous! Do you realize, in less than 2 weeks, the entire fate of the Clipper franchise is completly up in the air? Will be have Elton, Corey, a point guard, Gilbert Arenas, OJ Mayo or will the 2008-09 Clippers resemble last years horrible team? I cannot find enough news. It seems we could trade our 7th pick plus a sign-and-trade of Corey, for a 2, 3, or 4th pick. So much can happen in the next two weeks. My hopes and prayers are with Elgin and Dunleavy these next few weeks. PLEASE, PLEASE, sign EB, pull off a trade and get us back to respectiblity. I can't take another year like 07-08. |

I agree, only 10 days.
But not everything will be decided on June 26th. EB and Corey have until 6/30 to announce their opt out intentions. And if they are going to do a S&T with Corey, it can't happen until after 7/1. So if they are picking someone in the draft with the intention of packaging him with Corey, we won't know it for another week or so. |

| I am extremely nervous, too anxious for the next couple weeks to come. This offseason will be HUGE, the biggest one for the Clips in at least 5 years. |

| Dano, last yrs team wasn't horrible, it was cursed. Given the team we thought we'd have we'd have made the PO's. This team sucks. With a little savy we can get what we need. What bothers me is management's unfailing ability to make boneheaded decisions. It wouldn't surprise me if we kept Corey. |

| I'm getting nervous about Brand leaving. All I hear from articles about him is that he's getting tired of losing and that he may opt out and reject any contract offer the Clippers extend to him...thats something you don't want to read but it seems to be everywhere. |

And yet Dunleavy is alway stated to be not concerned with Brand and Corey leaving and that they'll be back this season. Either he is saying what we want to hear or he's delusional or maybe he really knows what gonna happen lol.
Won't be long till we get to find out whats going on. |

Yes the Brand situation makes me nervous too! the draft doesn't.
Why is it that when Dunleavy says he's not concerned, I get more concerned.
He is saying what we want to hear, and, yes, he's delusional too.
time is moving too slow. |
