We escaped I kind of hate this kind of win. Minny and fans will walk away happy chance to win after all our best runs on a back to back. We got to put teams away we still have so much to learn. Jordan hit the ft gym all night.

This is why you take those shots even though there is like a 5% chance it goes in.

I agree, a win is a win. But this is the definition of a bad win if such a thing exists. Love is pretty darn good.

Remember that Jamal buzzer beater? Well...we won by 2 points...

(crap, I was Ninjad)

The Bench had Jamal with a terrific game, Barnes with a great one and Hollins with a good one.

Ugh. I'll say this...After some of the ridiculous threes Martin hit, they deserve to miss those baskets at the end. F@ck that guy!

Too bad Blake missed that final basket. I'm like Mike Smith...would have been better on the right side, plus it wasn't quite at the best angle for a banker. Still though, great overall game by Blake! He's been our rock so far, like, EVERY game.

JJ was quiet, but that won't last long I'm sure.

To be honest, with Joey C. is the ref, everybody can be screwed. And neutral spectators are waiting for the amazing to happen. Well be the first to admit that tonight we got a lucky win.

And a loss is a loss, but for Minny this is a good loss, if there is such thing.

Sometimes that happens. Still gotta play defense.

That's a really good Twolves team, so I feel good about this win regardless of how we played down the stretch.

No doubt. Refs weren't the only reason the Wolves lost, but a big one.

Oh well. Good game. yeah

8 rebounds for Matt. That is awesome. We missed him a lot on the trip.

Damn they did a OKC only three players in double digits. Need a better game plan early next time. Make everyone else try to beat us.

Wolves actually shot 41.7% from the field, 37.9% from 3 (Martin and Love both 50%). They only out rebounded us by 2. But they hit 11 threes and we only hit 4.

When he played at OKC last year Martin hit 3-5 from three in two different games. All with that weird wrist shot. I hate that guy...or have I already mentioned that?

Phew..... that was a close one. Don't think we could have won that without Matt Barnes play, but J-Crawford dominated and Blake Griffen played like he should every night. Glad to see him take 21 Shots, and I thought DJ Played a great game, Pec is a tough cover but DJ made him work on the other end of the floor as well, plus that was a great close out on Kevin Martin.

We didn't give Redick the ball early like we usually do? Was that strategy or was Redick just not getting himself open like usual?

It seemed like an off night for Reddick. After all he's done for the team though, that's okay to have every now and then.

We needed a bit of luck to pull this one out, but we did good enough to win.

Yeah, props to DJ for defending Martin on that last shot. Stuck close to him, didn't go for the pump fake, and made him take a real tough contested shot.

Love makes it looks so easy. It kinda is for Love. He really doesn't have to play as hard on the other end and it seems to work out for the team. I wonder how long that will last?

Ironically, Minny needed defense from a guy like DJ (and actually needs it because Love is a liability on defense). And Clippers could have used Peks freebies (improving, but still far from perfect and almost costed us the game).

Team has got to get Dudley going early if he is injury restricted. OkC game is going to be nasty. Will this team please start playing Jamison at backup PF or sign a vet min guy.

Well tonight was one of those rare nights when the starters did not do as well as the bench. Minny has a tough starting 5, so it kind of figured. The Clipper starters did play better in the second half. Jamal Crawford was the hero with 18 points & 6 assists- that crazy 3 at the end of the third turned out to be a huge play considering how the game played out. Blake was quite good & pretty much played Love to a tie. CP w/ uncharacteristically 6 TO's which really hurt leading to easy Minny fast break buckets, but he made some excellent plays down the stretch to help his team win. DJ had some trouble w/ Pekovic but did better in the second half. I do think that he should have been taken out earlier in the 4th because of his terrible FT shooting.

And welcome back Matt Barnes! He made some bonehead plays, but you can never fault his energy, speed & activity. He & Jamal actually led the team in +/- tonight with +11 & +13, respectively.

The Clippers were only 4 of 16 from 3's, whiling allowing the Wolves to bomb them 11 for 29 from deep. Thankfully the guys had nice scoring inside the paint. So a lucky win, and certainly a game to learn and improve from.

Dudley is not the type of player that takes bad shots, so he'll have games like that, I like that he plays that way. He was solid on D though, but with Matt Barnes back it's not that big of a deal, he only played 18 minutes tonight.

We do need a back up big though, I can't stand Ryan, he thinks he's better than he is, a sweeping hook shot, boy wtf are thinking, not to mention he over rotates, but he played OK in spurts.

Damn... the hack-a Deej almost killed us tonight in a game that should have been put away by halftime.

Refs were fuckin' killing us at the end of the 2nd. When did Minny become such big fish that they can hack at will without a call going against them?

Welcome back, Matty!

Cleepers, we were not going to put that team away at halftime, they're really good. IF they stay healthy, there a 50+ win team.

Wowza!! Thankful we held on to that one, didn't deserve to win but hey I'll take it! Defense was still very sloppy at time but looking better.

Yeah this game was exhausting. The T Wolves can leave Staples with their head held high. The Clippers can learn some lessons while still taking the win. Truth is our starting back court didn't even have that great a game. JJ was due for a bad game. Hopefully he'll bounce back against OKC. No excuse for Paul. He hasn't played like CP3 for 4 games now. I'm not asking him to score 42 points. Just play sharper is all.

Dudley on the bench would pressure everything back on Crawford. Doc has to let Jamison play.

I thought it was going to be Deja vu all over with Love hitting a 3 to end it. I'm surprised they didn't try for a 3. Clips got a lot of love from the refs tonight especially cp3. Jamal was big, i wasn't always a big jamal fan but he has played well so far this season. Blake didn't get as much love from the refs, he has taken a few charges this season but the refs don't give blake the call. Blakes reactions to the non calls don't help his cause. Bg came to play though, nice to see him take it to love. Matt barnes was great, nice stat line and loved that hard foul on dwill and he played solid d. Dj working that glass on both ends. We escaped that one, can't wait for okc

To right in a tight game like this got to yank DJ out earlier, it's not the time to be practicing free throws...

Guys we have one problem and it's a Bigs problem. The guy next to me was a TWolves fan and quite the gentleman unlike another team called the Lakers. Just after Jamal hit the magic shot he said that it would be the difference maker. I told him we were about to blow it open. We had Hollins and Mullens in and they got ZERO rebounds. That's why it wasn't a 10+ point win. Hack a DJ is going to kill us because only have those two to put in. I thought Mullens would get better---BUT.-- DJ airballed two FT's and I think he missed them all. They weren't that good, our Bigs were that bad.

On another note DJ was frally good in his post iffense. Yeah he missed a lot but they were acceptable misses. He'll hit them in a few games.

Why did Blake take that last shot? However his jumper was looking fluid and he did have the confidence to shoot a clutch shot. He missed so what. he had the stones to do it.

Matt Barnes we can't win without him.

Doc did a good job with our inside game early. DJ and BG were beasts. If their development continues apace they will be unstoppable by March. Within 10 games DJ will have one good post move.

I feel ALMOST sorry for LAL fans. There was a girl in the line in front of me wearing a Kobe jersey and it was comical how out of touch with reality it was. I would have loved to have ripped a silent deadly one then left.

Our Bigs will cost us the season

I know they're a decent team, but adding to that 11-point lead like we should have if the right fouls had been called, would have made them swallow the L.A. split a lot earlier.

I didn't mean that this should have been an easy win all along, but rather that bad officiating when we had them on the ropes in the 2nd Q made it a game for longer than it would have been otherwise.
