Mullens is historically bad on D. We allow something like 18-20 points per 100 possessions with him on the floor. Love looks like a stud defender in comparison. Even Amare Stoudemire looks decent compared to THAT.

I have always said that Doc is always Mullens that fact that he has to play Mullens or Twan. Jamison made have made that decision a little more easier.

Minor side note--with Chris Paul's 17 assists and only one turnover, his season assist/turnover (A/T) average shot up from 3.98 to 4.27, by far the top A/T among players averaging 5 or more assists per game.

Considering our rough schedule to start the season.....10-5 is actually good, now our schedule is about to ease up.

Amazing game, love to see our two wing player JJ & Dudley contribute. Was really excited to see Jamison to play, love his game, came out with 11 pts, didn't disappoint.

Haha exactly. His contested 3 point attempt 3 feet behind the line with two other open shooters is why we need to cut him. He has a negative worth.

Finally clippers played jamison.. See what happen if we add another scorer on our bench. Not only in offense but on defense too. JD was hot today!

Mullens bit really really hard on two pump fakes. His defense was terrible in his few minutes.

Well, at least we took care of business. I feel bad for the Bulls, you can tell they were dejected.

Collison had a very nice game today also. 14 points on 4-6 shooting, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and a steal. Jamison and Bullock both solid as well.

Holding the Bulls to 82 is going to help our defensive rating, lol. We may get out of the cellar yet.

Jamison should continue to get the nod. Hollins stays in at C due to energy and by default.

Goes without saying we'll be a better team if Jamison takes more of Mullens minutes. So many positive takeaways from this game!

6 players in double figures, no one with more than 2 turnovers, bullock with a +/- of +22 and a 121 point game against the defense elite bulls... What a great game!

That contested 3 almost made me spit my drink! He may as well just turn around and shoot it backwards if he wants to disrespect the other team like that when we're up by 40 LOL

I was worried about fatigue before the game and it went perfectly, the starters got to sit out the 4th and now they have 2 days rest.

From a being there standpoint,no where near as brutal as yesterday. I thought for a while the refs were going to swallow their whistles for the entire game. I was sort of surprised to see so many Bulls fans, more fans then any other team that I have seen in a year or so (save for the Fakers),we were surrounded. But they were pretty quiet. The crowd overall was pretty laid back compared to many games. But hell,we whumped 'em good and the best part was our starters got to sit for the end.

I couldn't remember, but I checked and they were 36-46 that season. He had the highest PER on the team for what it is worth at 17.3, Granger 20/6/2 was second at 16.7. A lot of average and below average players on that roster which made a very average team (19th Ortg, 15th Drtg).

He had some decent seasons with the Warriors, never really broke out though, always looked very skilled, but always on the fringe of being a low level star type player.

One more thought...of course the Clippers win over the Bulls was a decisive blow-out and one the Clippers should take much encouragement from, but possibly the Bulls team was demoralized from Derrick Rose's knee injury Friday night and anticipated long absence and they were not playing the level they usually do.

I don't think that's escaped anyone's mindset here. But we've also seen teams come together and play inspired basketball against us despite losing their star.

Yeah I was worried it was going to make them play harder. But I think our offense was really cooking and once they were behind so long maybe their heads did drop because of recent events. But they came into the game ready to play from what I saw and they couldn't live with our O. Not many teams can, I reckon, if it is really cooking like it was tonight.

Wow what a nice display of outside shooting by the Clippers. When Dudley & Redick are both hitting shots, this team is tough to beat. Chris Paul too was terrific. He was aggressive throughout the game shooting & of course dishing, with good D like usual as well. Nice to see Jamison finally play, and he did pretty well. Will he be the first backup PF off the bench now over Mullens? We'll see.

Was at the game- Jamison is way more multidimensional offensively than Mullens and plays hard on defenseman even if he isn't great on that end. He ends to back up blake and not Mullens. Mullens has the worst demeanor and doesn't know how to play the game. As a vet, Jamison seems to know where to be to get off a good shot. So happy for Jamison that he got to play at last! Not sure what rivers was thinking leaving him on bench until today. I know he isn't amazing, but he still has something I. Tank.

Nice to see our 2nd to 3rd best big play tonight.

I'm with Doc, we need Antawn Jamison in the later parts of the season and not early on. Surprised to see him play, Doc said he wouldn't play him this early. But he just sure'd up what I already know, the Clippers are going to be great on "O" from the Bench with Crawford and Jamison. I'm more interested to see what the team will be like when Barnes returns, because Reggie Bullock needs to play.

Oh and when Jamison shoots a 3, I actually think he has a chance of. Along it, unlike Mullens.

Our bench unit should be really good offensively. Collison, Barnes, Jamal and Jamison can all produce. Obviously we haven't seen them all together yet but seeing what Jamison did with limited minutes when he hadn't played all season makes me think back to how we thought the bench would pan out before we saw them play i.e great O.

It is great to see Reggie getting some minutes, I hope his 3's start falling soon and that builds his confidence. Clearly it's bad what's happened to Matt but Reggie is the silver lining.

Missed the game, even though I wish i hadnt. Atleast we played some inspired defense and scored 121 on the bulls? That Is offensive firepower of a 50 Cal sniper right there. Good job guys!

Jamison needs to gel, we cannot take him off ice after break. I'm i. Favor of playing him. He is in good shape.

I agree. Play him every other game or just sparingly if his legs needs resting till the PO's. But like you say, you need to keep him game sharp and build chemistry. I have to say that Doc has told him to keep ready and the dude was ready. Impressive.

we just doubled our point differential for the 15 game season in one afternoon. Nice to see some killer instinct today on a weird back to back afternoon. They were obviously going to lose no matter what, they're probably all devastated today. But still we didn't play down the competition today and that's great to see.

According to clipperblog today's game moved our team's defensive rating from 27th to 22nd. Does that sound right?
