lol rookie, welcome to CTB
I am the fan that keeps things in perspective and keeps the glass half empty while majority of us on the site have the glass
half full. I am the one that bangs on Q. Ross, yells at the TV when Tim Thomas f_cks up, and when Maggette misses a free throw that he shouldn't.
Like the 2005/2006 season.......I had a taste of success, and it was great when we turned this city upside down and proud to have that CLIPPER flag on my
car with LAKER fans having thier mouths wide open.
Take the time and get to know me as well as the other CLIPPER fans and you' ll see that I am not all negative.
Yes, I do believe in my team, but not with players like Fazekas, Dickau, Ewing and signing SMUSH PARKER !!!!!
What the hell would you expect. We were getting to the top, and damn it, I want to continue climbing.
After 15 out of 16 losing seasons, I am sure you can relate. |

Yep, clipperfan714 is a great addition to this forum and he does truly provide perspective to this forum. Therefore, David, I request that this thread should be closed and the author the thread should be banned or warned. Thank you.

I agree that 714 is a great asset to this board but he called out the newer guys on another thread. He got personal with them with his comments and ended it on a bad note. I agree that this thread is useless but he should not be banned.
If David decides to ban him then you have to evaluate 714's comments as well. They were more offensive. Let's keep it fair. Everyone has the opinions and none of us here has the right to belittle them because they don't agree. |

| wasnt meant anything as personal. just saying he should have higher expectations or think we can get there instead of bagging on the clips before the season start. things are getting better and no way done. and laclippers nice to see your friendly to new people but maybe if you read other posts before comenting it would be better |

| Hey CF714. Its time to be happy. Have a little swagger tomorrow. I know what you mean about there is still more work to do. They still have more things to do. I remember the Keith Closs days. those days are in the past. Nothing makes you wanna forget the past more than signing Davis. We have to all hope MDsr. adds to our sorry bench. We have a decent starting five and a complementary bench makes us a contender. We have to wait and see what happens next. We can't be satisfied with just getting Davis, but we also can't take it for granted either. |
