I just ready that DC maybe be forced to be out for some time doc says DC doesn't seem to be playing well because of the big toe injury suffered against the pacers. What are the clippers going to do docs been pushing getting a big man due to not having another point guard Maybe we have a nice gem in Darius. Does this mean we don't go after a big and keep Morris?

I'm guessing we run Morris until the Toronto game, and then Turk at point forward for awhile. Maybe bring back Malik, or even bring Agent 0 in for a stint. This is another reason why I didn't like the Turk signing. We tied our hands behind our back and are now trying to get free. If we get Agent 0 and he works out, maybe we can work a trade using Jamal to get a decent back up big or an upgrade defensively on the wings.

I think he is sitting for at least 2 games. Man,I said 3-4 on the road trip because usually I am really usually wrong and thought i would use my backwards prediction to get them to maybe 5-2,but now it looks closer to what I said and THAT SUCKS. GS is probably celebrating now.

Idk about agent 0 he's old and as of lately players trying to make a come back has failed I say let reddick handle the ball more I would prefer that a lot more and possibly develop Morris on the way

Redick and Crawford will play a lot. Between the two of them their skills just about combine to make a point guard, Jamal can attack defense and create off the dribble, while Redick is more controlled and can initiate the offense and run pick and rolls. The combo can break down though if Jamal gets too aggressive and shoots too early in the clock like he was doing some last night. When they are out Griffin and Turkoglu will facilitate more of the offense.

Must sign a guard now. Agent zero and BDiddy Smile

The thing with Crawford is that he doesn't really like to play the point so hopefully if he does play it it's for a short amount of time cuz he can get I to that groove where he just starts to shoot and shoot but if he really wanted to he could be really creative and good passer

Shannon brown.

Does anybody know if Mullens has a no trade clause on his contract? I know he'll be hard to move ' cuz nobody wants him but let's package him!! I think doc tried giving him a shot last night and he failed miserably! Let'smake some moves doc! We got guys just camping out on the bench

Shannon brown isn't really a point guard, I can see him working out defensively but not the on the offensive end.

I don't think we have any hope of trading Byron, unless it's a package deal including someone else and draft picks.

Shannon Brown is not any sort of primary ball handler, don't know why people think he's a PG, he's always played SG. Is it because he's 6'4?

This is really annoying. I don't even know who is available.

We should try to get Delonte West out of his Chinese contract early the way Ivan Johnson did.

If its not one thing, its something else! could we look at jamal tinsely or chris duhon if we can't get Gilbert?

Agent 0 was on Kiss Cam. Instead of giving his Significant Other a little smooch he pretended to lick her face. She was not amused. No thanks.

He has a small sample size to be too judgmental, but for our "patch work" needs at the PG position, he'd work.

When Morris's 10 contract is up in a couple days the Clips will probably sign Wayns to a 2nd 10 day deal, then maybe go for a guy like Taylor to get us though to when Paul returns...maybe. We'll see.

i wouldn't mind going after Richard Hamilton. he can probably play point better than morris and malik

worse.

I say Jamal Tinsley. old school vet. Knows how to play smart

basketball.

i would take hamilton and brown playing point over malik and morris any day

but yeah i totally forgot about tinsley. i like that idea. we need more of a facilitator than a scorer.

You can't be serious with Richard Hamilton. You realize teams will just pressure and it will be turnovers galore. Have you seen what the Clippers do to teams that decide to run non-PG's or shaky PG's at the position? It is embarrassing. Richard Hamilton isn't getting signed to play his own position, and you want to sign him to play a position he's never shown the capability or ability to play? Not only that, now you are telling RiP to guard PG's! Lol

We can try to get him before he go over seas. I hope he hasn't as of yet. The only thing, I fear are injuries :/ with a vet like him...... don't want another billups.

Tinsley shot like 20% for the Jazz this year. Need some guys that make shots, we've given minutes to 7 guys this year shooting under 40% (somehow Mullens isn't one of them) and Crawford is creeping his way down toward it too. I don't think we really need a play maker, so much as somebody who can get the ball to Griffin and make a shot if he's wide open.

I say we have JCrossover play point guard. I trust him handling the ball more than Morris or any of the other options anyone gave.

Isn't Denver looking to shop Andre Miller? We should try to get him and then worry about the potential PG log jam later. As of now, we're desperate for a PG and Miller's the best option.

Honesty I don't see why people are stressing out so much. Why do we even have a deep bench if were not going to use it? Honestly i think we should just stick to what we have. We should run Morris at the point then let Reddick and Jamal share those duties and have Will and bullock come off the bench. We would still be pretty good and just let DC rest Will always plays good for us and and bullock could use the extra playing time i think we should focus on a big

Tinsley, can be our assist play maker guy. As long as we have Crawford as a pg too! we're good. I think he'll be a decent fit. One of our problems are not scoring but (D) from our guys who are inconsistent. We had Bledso, who wasn't on this team to pretty much score but make plays for our other players. We did fine! Just the coaching started to get funny and you know how that went.

Isint this the same reason we go truk? So that we had another ball handler?

I guess, but i never was a fan of his signing. I've seen one play he did make with Jordan or somebody so, yea turkoglu can do it but will he on a consistent base.

Anybody know what Roddy Beaubois is doing these days? Miami was said to be interested in him last summer, but he couldn't work out for them because he was injured.

If he's recovered, I actually think he could be a decent 3rd stringer for the long-term, not just a stop-gap like the other guys being suggested.

  1. You do know how much Miller's contract is for, right.

  2. Been there done that.

  3. He's a *insert your favorite expletive here*.

While this can be fine, for a short term, bench production is already quite low and has Doc worried which is away he's shuffled the lineups a bit. Now the bench would get even worse. I don't know if a Doc wants that.

Willie green can take over some responsibility at the 2 and have jamal and morris run the point. like seriously, its not that bad if this is the situation for 2/3 games

Id rest Collison until the the the Wizards game and reevaluate hit him then. Just start jamal but try and keep his minutes under 35 mins as we play the Bulls ,Raptors, and Bucks before the Wizards at home next Wed.

So we don't need a facilitator but we need someone who can get the ball to griffin? Seems a little contradictory.

I think we desperately need a facilitator like tinsley and not shooting. Dj makes a very high % of his shots but can of create anything for himself. A facilitator would create the offense through our two headed monster up front Blake and dj and open up the perimeter. We have already shown we shouldn't be jacking up 3 point shots at a high rate, that's not how you create a sustainable winning team. Having a team that attacks the basket and rebounds is the formula for a winning team. We need to use our huge advantage in our bigs.

Let bring Gilbert Arena, Baron Davis, Telfair, Collins, Will Conroy, Rick Brunson, Marko Jaric, or Daniel Ewing.
