With all the advertisement mediums Blake Griffin is involved with, he is the new Air Jordan from a marketing standpoint. Maybe it's the dunks or maybe it's the Peyton Manning effect that Blake Griffin is producing from a comedy standpoint. When are the Fiight 32 sneakers coming out?

It is awesome how much he is growing his popularity which grows the supports of fans and makes the clippers want to keep him at all costs. All good things!

He's not quite there just yet, lol.

Brian Windhorst @WindhorstESPN about 25 minutes ago Per Forbes, top 5 NBA endorsement earners in 2013: LeBron $42M; Kobe $34M, Rose $21M, Durant $14M, Wade $12M

yeah it's the signature shoes. Once they release his own shoes he'll be a top 5 for sure, well that's if the public likes his shoes.

I think he was number 10 on jersey sales last year. But I agree, jordan is doing him dirty by not having his own signature shoes

Crazy how all those players except Durant made more off endorsement than on the court

That sounds strange. I definitely feel like I see more BG commercials than Durant. BG must not be getting paid his worth.

The top 4 all have famous signature shoes. LeBron,Kobe,Rose, and Durant all have these signature shoes that sells like hotcakes. Wade has a Lining shoes but no one really buys them, so I don't really know how he makes more than BG. Lining probably pays him a lot of money.

Also notice that none of the jordan brand athletes are on the top. Its all 3 nike guys and the top adidas guy...Melo and CP both have Jordan deals and aren't in the top 10.... interesting....

noticed that too. People don't really buy Jordan for their performance shoes, which are the CP's and Melo's... They buy retro Jordans. Sad but I love Jordan's performance shoes but they get overshadowed by the retros.

Until Kobe retires, I don't think theres any room for a Flight32 shoe on Nikes line. They have 3 pro models all that offer a different style of shoe. If Blake did get his own it would most likely be very similar to the Lebron based on their size and style of play.

when someone has "haters", that's when you know they have made it big time.

I think blake has gained a lot of respect amongst players in the league this year though. He's proved this season that he is in no way a one trick pony.

He's sponsored by Jordan Brand which is related to Nike but not directly Nike. They only have Carmelo and CP3 with signature sneakers. BG already has his own logo for jordan.

Basically, you don't get your own logo unless they're going to start branding you for a new line. Expect a new shoe for next season.

Its a joke that Rose makes so much money with his 1.5 good albeit overrated seasons in the nba.... He wasn't even a top 5 player in his "MVP season". Lebron, Wade, Dirk, Kobe, Dwight were all better.
