Clips leading 9-4 right now- nice start- looks like the Celtics don't have much of a chance . Let's see if we'll see James playing some minutes tonight- and not just the garbage ones. |

| Ok...end of the 3rd quarter and the Clippers are down by 2. Unfortunately, they are back to playing "stupid" basketball. They need to be pounding the ball inside but are settling for way too many jumpers. Brand is 9 for 17 and Kaman is 2-2. Kaman needs to get more than 2 shots in 3 quarters. Come on Clippers...pound it in!! |

Halfway through 4th quarter Maggette is leading the way here after Tim Thomas did some good shooting. Boston cant stop fouling us now. Already at 5 team fouls for the Celtics. Ooooh!! Mobley hit a 3!! Looks like were gonna win if we stay steady. I'm going to play some volleyball with friends here in a bit so I wont get to write about the finish. You guys fill me in, ok?!!!
GO CLIPS !!!! and Go Portland (versus Denver) and go Hornets (versus T-Wolves)!!! |

| Alright, the game did end just in time. I only want to say one thing here: If tonight's performance by Elton Brand doesnt get him an All-Star nod, I dont know what will. That's the MVP Brand we saw all last year. He's really hitting his stride now!!! |

A very nice win here- I thought the Celtics actually played pretty well- Rajon Rondo played like an all-star. The Clippers got down in the 4th but they kept sharing the ball and guys made big shots as Boston played collapsing D on Brand. Speaking of Brand yeah talk about a MVP-like performance- 26 points, 19 boards, and 4 blocks- wow. Mobley also played well with 20. and how about Maggette- 15 out of 17 free throws. Tim Thomas I thought was terrific- he passed the ball well, played pretty good D and hit some big 3's. Livingston played very well too despite only having one point. He made solid decisions on the fast break, had a couple of steals and didn't turn the ball over. In fact I think he played the entire 4th quarter with Sam cheering on at the sidelines.
But yeah as BB alluded to Kaman didn't get too many touches again- only 2 shots in 33 minutes. A lot of times though I thought he could've made his moves in the post once he got the ball but he kicked the ball out really quickly. Oh well- at least EB got a ton of touches. |

What's KAMANS purpose now on the floor?
Everybody else is scoring but him.
But Elton's performance was all star worthy. It should be him and I guess Carmelo. But I'd be suprised if Josh Howard gets the nod over Elton. |
