Blake has been ballin'! Well deserved with all the effort and work he dedicates to basketball. Hopefully many more to come, along with bringing home that MVP award eventually.

Grats big fella, clearly one of the most consistent players this season outside of Bron/Durant

Congrats to Blake- just another sign that he has moved into the very upper-echelon of elite NBA players. Well-deserved by Jamal to be mentioned in the conversation as well.

Congrats! It's good to see him get the recognition, and hopefully that keeps him hungry. He could be entering the MVP race next year (I'm sure he will be in the conversation this year as a top 10 or 5 candidate for it, but maybe joining in the Duran/Lebron talk next year).

Edit: Didn't realize this was his first time... I must've mistook the Player of the Week awards.

Last season blake and Chris had chemistry issues - I know it was simers but it had truth. To me, their chemistry is key to keep blake on the right path. Do you think that will happen again this season? I can't tell sometimes if they really like each other. The first few games Paul was back he adjusted his style to fit Blake's rise. Now I feel the offense is now back to Chris dribbling too much. I know we need both guys at

Their best to make a run. I hope I'm just imagining things

Well deserved, that there's still room for improvement is the exciting part.

They'll be fine. Chris = methodical control freak, Blake = free flowing instinctive. Once they find the balance, we will reap the rewards.

It is kind of the same thing that is happening with KD and Westbrook. The entire team has to adjust when a player goes down. Now they have to re-adjust. Chris and Blake are fine. They have even said that they talk more on the court and off the court this season than any previous season. That speaks volume to their relationship case. I am not about to sit here and , like other "fans", complain about Chris and how he dribbles too much. If we are scoring, winning, and he isn't turning the ball over I wouldn't mind him dribbling the ball for 22 seconds and then pass for the assist. We are blessed to have a point guard of this caliber. Probably the best in the game. We shouldn't complain about his dribbling when he is capable of doing that. I do not see anyone complaing about Jamal, why? Because he is gifted with great handles.

I think some people kind of forget about the simple stuff of basketball. There are things called "plays" which the Coach or the Point Guard calls out. Point Guards dribble down and look at the defense and then make the call. That may take 2 seconds or 10! Then when a play is called, the play may be for Paul to have the ball until we get a JJ open or Jamal or any player. The thing is others may think Paul over dribbles , but he is being very smart. He is keeping his dribble alive so if they do not get open he can dribble over to make the pass or any other pass or go to the basket. You do realize if Paul picks up his dribble he cannot dribble again. Leading to turnovers, traps, and a lot of bad possessions because most turnovers come from when players at the head of the offense pick up their dribble because it stops everything. I am fine with Pauls dribbling , because he is being smart. As long as he isn't hindering our offense. I am good. We do need to go to Blake more , but teams have started taking Blake away and doubling him leading to open 3s. This team will be fine and when we are healthy WATCH OUT WESTERN CONFERENCE
