Proud of the lads for pulling out the win.

Clippers should have played this game in tuxedos and top-hats, because they made Kevin Love f*cking disappear!

20 points on 21 shots, 25% from deep, 4 turnovers and -30 points while he was on the court!

What a job by the guys stepping up with Blake & Jamal out. Darren Collison truly an awesome game, especially the third quarter as he took on Crawford's role to perfection. Clippers were down 6, and next thing you know, they were up by 24 thanks in large part to DC. DJ a career game rebounding- another excellent performance by the big fella. Great job by Jared Dudley stepping up with 16 big points as the PF. He also played some solid defense on Kevin Love. The Clippers certainly should look at him as one of the first options for the "stretch 4" off the bench in the future. He is a bit slow, but certainly can hold his own speed-wise vs most power forwards.

Chris Paul was a little off shooting-wise, but was terrific in all the other aspects of the game. Matt Barnes had another superb performance- hitting 3's, running the court, rebounding, and just being so active. Kudos to Turkoglu, Hollins, & Willie as they made solid contributions as well. That's what you need, everyone stepping up when key players are out.

honestly, he just doesn't seem to fit our current scheme of getting out on the break and running. He def needs to get in better shape.

We will, however desperately need him to battle the big boys (like the Grizz) if we meet them down the line in the playoffs. He'll be fine.

"MINNEAPOLIS Glen "Big Baby" Davis is known for playing with a good deal of emotion. Sometimes, according to Davis, that can be a good thing and other times it's not.

On Saturday, when the veteran forward was sent to the locker room by Head Coach Doc Rivers for disciplinary reasons during the second quarter of the Clippers' 11-point victory over the Houston Rockets, Davis' emotions got the best of him.

"Sometimes [being emotional] can be a good thing and sometimes it's a bad thing," Davis said following the Clippers' win in Minnesota Monday. "[Saturday] was basically a bad thing. But it's all about getting better."

Since being signed shortly after he was bought out by the Orlando Magic at the end of February, Davis has been working to get assimilated with the Clippers (53-22) and round into playing shape.

"I want to help this team," Davis said. "I have to make sure I can be able to play Clipper basketball. I just got here. It's going to be tough. The transition's going to be tough. And things are going to happen like that.

"I'm here to play in the Playoffs. These games right now count to get better or whatever, but I want to be ready when the Playoffs start. So, I'm going to do work before, after."

After shootaround Monday Davis was running sprints and got up extra shots. Since making his debut 15 games ago, Davis is averaging 12.8 minutes per game. The limited playing time and reduced practice schedule have made getting extra repetitions more of a challenge.

"We don't practice," Davis said. "I need reps. I need more mental reps. And I have to start by putting myself in Clipper basketball shape and get up and down."

As for the incident in Houston, Davis said he apologized to his teammates and moved past it. And Rivers has, too.

"It wasn't that big of a deal," Rivers said at Monday's shootaround. "I just thought that game was not right for us. The talk we had was 30 seconds. It wasn't a long talk.""

Baand(Wagon)Master here!

After watching the last couple of months of Clippers games, I must admit I almost forgot how great it is to pull for a team that is skilled, likes playing with each other, has a great coach and has one of the three (guess the others, LOL!) most exciting players in the NBA.

Regardless of my breaking "fan protocol," I am really thankful that we have at least one great team to represent Los Angeles.

This is "fun." I almost forgot that word.

BEAT THE HEAT!!!

We look more and more like the spurs only younger/better. These are program wins and they're making it look easy.

Exactly my thoughts as well. The Clippers played liked the Spurs without some of their top players.

Just looking back at this game and looked at how Dieng has been playing for the Wolves, last 8 games:

12.1 pts, 12.1 rebs, 1.6 ast, 1.3 stl, 0.5 blk, 63.6% FG, 79.4% FT

Did not know that he was playing so well for them in the absence of Pekovic.

@Agent0, I was tempted to pick him up on my fantasy team as a late game replacement and had a second thought since Pek. I would have won my matchup if I would have picked him up.
