What do you mean? TNT says he is a great preacher, an amazing humanitarian, a Nobel Peace prize candidate, an inspiring leader, a teriffic coach with no equal, a strategic thinker without peer and a wonderful family man -- and he has four rings.' OH NOOOOOOOOOO....NO RINGS!!!

Coach Mark Jackson said the Warriors were "going for a high-percentage shot."

"I thought I initiated enough contact," Curry said.

"I just tried to make him as uncomfortable as possible," said Paul, who had a 100-degree fever earlier in the day.

If trying desperately to draw a foul on a contested trey - down a bucket, at home, 8 seconds left, is your best play... best fire up the outboard on that fishing boat.

Feel better, CP3.

That's why those warrior fans that call us floppers are hypocrites and fools.

There an article saying cp3 had a 100 degree fever. Wow he's one tough player.

That was a playoff win. It wasn't pretty, but that's usually how it goes this time of year and I'll take any win we can get. Blake's FT's need to improve next game, but overall he was great. That run he went on in the beginning of the 3rd was awesome. Now it's time to get ready for Game 4. We have to keep this going.

Both teams have floppers to be honest. I think Paul is worse than Blake. Curry is up there with Paul. More than half of the perimeter guys flop in the league IMO.

This generation of NBA fans only understand "gifs" and "memes". If you don't make a "gif" or "meme", it doesn't exist.

The difference is that 95% of the warriors don't want to admit that their beloved steph is a flopper, while us from the very start knew cp3 is a flopper

After letting last night's game sink in, my favorite play is still Draymond Green flopping and getting tossed for his 6th foul.

It's nice to wake up when you are up 2-1 and Rickblaine and his daughter are crying in the corner. Hey RickBlaine good morning, need some tissue?

Why you said both teams, all teams have a floppers, fans just used this as an excuse when they lose, 5 years ago when clippers is just a team of "Sterling rule" nobody call us as floppers because we always missed the PO and nobody cares, since we started winning, fans of the other team used flop as an excuse when in fact every team in the world a has flopper.

Pretty much every star player flops nowadays. A ton of role players do too. I can't even think of a single top 10 player that definitely does not flop.

Lebron

Durant

Paul

Blake

are all floppers or were floppers at one point. I think Blake flops a lot less nowadays but he used to flop a lot a season or two ago.

And yea I saw Steph Curry flopping and flailing around this series than Paul did though Paul is a notorious flopper. That flop on Demarcus Cousins was just lol.

Why should we get love. Its only expected that we would spank the Warriors. No one favored the Warriors on ESPN lol.

He's such a cruel person. He built up the warriors to his daughters only to have them be demolished by the clippers. What a traumatizing experience.

Maybe we need to step away from bringing this guy's daughter into this even if it's meant in good fun. I think we're better than that.

Man, I just read a USA Today article that said CP had a 100-degree fever while playing at last night's game. Wow, he also has that hammy issue too. The guy is so focused. I hope he feels better soon.

Here's the article that also says CP and the Clippers are in the Warriors' heads now, lol.

I was at Dodger Stadium last night. But they have two new drinking areas out in outfield areas that are smothered with TVs so you can stand or sit out there and watch baseball and the Clippers. Which I did for a good deal of the night. When the Clips were at the half they showed highlights on the big Dodgervision and you would not believe it,or maybe you would.

First was, as soon as it came on the big TV,the boos rained down for the Clippers. Then most of the highlights they showed, even though we were winning, were of the Warriors doing things, and one dunk by DJ. All I can figure is the Faker fans refuse to become fans of the other LA team and would rather root for GS then for us. What a bunch of whining crybabies. Walking around doing chores yesterday my wife and myself were in our gear, and I saw more people on the streets with GS gear then our gear. Laker fans have lost their pinhead minds.

Although I did meet 5 Clipper fans last night, two are STH,we were gather in a huddle for protection while watching the game.

Think we are still due for a huge scoring game from JJ or Crawford. If Barnes is stilll gimpy I rather have Hedo or Granger start.

I'm with Clipper*Joe on this one.

I'm fine with just pointing out how many times his team flopped and very likely influenced the no call at the end of the game. How ironic that it backfired on the team yelling at the top of their lungs that their opponents flop and then after 2 recent failed attempts of trying to draw an imaginary call, the refs refuse to fall for it on the last attempt which really could have gone either way.

He is a tough guy he will be fine. He won't give you his normal production but 15/10 is more than enough to win if our role players step up. Cough Barnes/Crawford, etc.

Nope. I'm doing fine. My daughter and I had a GREAT time at the game last night. Though we were both really disappointed that the Dubs lost, at least the game was exciting till the end. I have to prepare a birthday party for my daughter this afternoon so I won't be on that much today. I know how disappointing that is for you guys. I have been on my favorite Warriors blog this morning and this is what I had to say:

"We can talk all night long about the Warriors shortcomings, but the truth is:

  1. The Clippers have Jordan and the Warriors don't have Bogut. Advantage Clips.

  2. Give credit where credit is due: Doc Rivers. The once soft Clippers have become a very strong defensive unit. Jordan was essentially left for dead by Del Negro. Now look at him. Jordan credits Doc for his confidence and renewed play. The team is a league leader in defensive 3 pt field goal percentage for a reason.

  3. Griffin has emerged this year as legitimate super star. Add to that the reserves they compiled, and you have a team that can win the whole thing. Pains me to say it, though I must admit they are fun to watch.

I would go on, but I feel vomit starting to come up..."

So there you have it. But speaking of vomit, the officiating last night was horrible. Big surprise. Griffin is now officially getting the Shaq treatment with the ref. He can bull his way through traffic and then get the call. That happened twice last night and the paying fans were apoplectic. And that no call on Paul on Curry's last shot? That's wrong. Even the guys on TNT said that the Warriors got jobbed.

Still, I'm giving credit where credit is due. The Clips deserved a win last night. A gutty performance in a hostile environment.

I am with both of you, take on RickTopbuzz all you (and I ) want, but really not his daughter. And those guys did flop a bit.

Foul or not on last shot, they did it to us in game one and got away with it so I just saw payback and poor coaching. See if the NBA comes back and admits a mistake and a "whoops, sorry" to the Duds as they did to us.

Where do you read "concession speech" into my post? I was simply pointing out the reasons why the Clippers won game 3. Your guys are up two games to one. This ain't over by a long shot. Green's play last night was terrific, and he will need to continue to body Griffin.

The Warriors play best when they move the ball, and they accomplished that last night, only they didn't make their shots. 6 for 31 from downtown is uncharacteristic of them. They will take a lot from this game and use to their advantage in game 4.

Warriors!

Glad to see the Clippers have a really good chance to win this series because the reffing is not as lopsided. I still have a feeling the NBA will find a way to make it a 7 game series.

Watching the game again and I realize that DC can be somewhat successful at his drive and pop against stinky curry. Curry will play d on DC but not on CP3. Stinky Curry can't really play D against both.

Every time the Dodger fans boo the Clips, the Dodgers seem to lose on that same game.

For those particular fans: Karma's a bitch, ain't it?

It's good to hear on 710 radio that Mychael Thompson (father of Clay) is whining and bitching compared to how much he was gloating on Monday morning.

Good to know the tables have turned.

A selection of hypocrisy from our resident troll:

"The ref was right in front of the play, and there is absolutely no conclusive evidence that he missed the call. At the end of the game, the refs are going to let the players decide the game." --responding to our complaints about game 1

"But speaking of vomit, the officiating last night was horrible.... And that no call on Paul on Curry's last shot? That's wrong." --crying about game #3

"Let's hope karma does its thing." --resorting to desperate faith-based tactics to convince himself that his JV squad has a chance, not seeing the irony in what has just happened here.

OH ME OH MY THIS SERIES IS OVER

We did lose a game 5 at home to Memphis last year (series was 2-2) so for the series to actually be over we must win on Sunday. Also comical how NBA admits blown call in game1 and no1 truly cares, but "missed" call in game3 for warriors, not even overturned, yet people talk about it.

Now John Ireland is bitching. Ever since taking over as the Laker play-by-play announcer, the Lakers haven't had a serious championship run since.

I guess he has that Max Kellerman effect. Can't wait to see the Lakers cut bait by letting go of these losers. People like them, along with Kobe, make me root against the Lakers even more.

One game at a time, but winning the 3rd game just increased the odds of us winning this PO series to .897%. I'll take those numbers anytime.

Not me personally because I have been around longer then Kobe as a Clips fan, but I do believe a lot of Clipper Nation joined just because of KoBrick. He was such a punk at 18. Kind of grew up after he raped that lady, but he has turned back into a punk.

If laker fans are wearing golden state gear, they are a bunch of traitors to their team and not true laker fans. True fans never wear any other teams gear in their own sport. How can they be respected as laker fans? That's a complete joke.

I have been a fan of the NBA for only 35 years but I think this happens quite a bit. There is a really really really good chance we win this round (I am sure there is an amazing percentage stat somewhere that proves 2-1 teams dominate) but I also think the NBA knows the revenue that a game generates and sometimes extends series to get that money. I can see a lopsided called game next, then a fair game to put us up 3-2, then a lopsided game 6, and we bring it home for game 7.

Or we smack the wee out of them the next two despite the NBA so Chris can have a break.

Really curious how Game 4 is going to play out. I think Game 1 was officiated the way it was in large part due to pregame comments and media hype. With Jackson, his players, and analysts still moaning about the one non-call last night, will the refs put us in immediate foul trouble on Sunday?

For my entire life, which is twice the life of many CTB members, I have NEVER EVER worn the gear of another team in any sport and I agree with you.

And of course they are not true fans, they are inbred heathens that liked being winners and now can't cope with the reality that is Kobrick (and an idiot of an owner) destroying a once proud franchise.

Couldn't agree more. Another reason why they are hated by so many. Many people become fans of them because of their history. They know and they always use the excuse, our team is better because look at our championships. They live in the past which is completely stupid.
