from what I saw, they'd double team BG, they neutralized Redick. I think only had 1 shot attempt in the 4th. Matt Barnes was colder than ice cubes in an iceberg in Antarctica. CP had to resort to ISO's and DJ just never got touches. He clearly had a mismatch every time, but I think the issue is being able to pass out of a double team which I don't think DJ is capable of.

Green replaced Lee' and his porous defense of Griffin, and the smalls moving on the perimeter generated better ball movement. With Jordan not venturing out of the paint, the Warriors created spacing issues that helped get them going.

Didn't you say that contact is part of the game. Seriously though, if you refs are going to decide a game, CP3 better knock Curry into the visitor bench. A ticky tack call at the buzzer is an embarrassment especially in the playoffs. Especially two games after they officially apologized for bad calls against the Clippers.

Haha...I just threw that part in as an exclamation point...SF is probably in my top 3 cities to live in this country along with LA and NY. But I don't know about East Bay where the Warriors reside.

I know the Warriors have been popular recently when they have been a playoff team, but during the lottery years, I'm not sure how packed the Oracle was. Also, I'm not sure how old you are, but I'm pretty sure that one Warriors title was before you were born so I would consider that to be irrelevant. I would say that the 49ers are the Bay Area team with the Giants #2.

So it's okay to foul a shooter on a game-tying shot with the game clock winding down? As long you don't knock him to the visitor's bench it's ok? Got it.

John Wall just got 3 free throws for jacking up a half court shot after the Bulls intentionally fouled him...and the refs gave him 3 free throws. WTF??? CP3 always tries that, including last night, and the refs always tell him it's just 2 free throws because he wouldn't ordinarily shoot that shot.

NBA officiating is wack but it'll only really matter when we play a real team. Think of this as a warmup exercise.. like batting practice.

Is DickBlaine going to be crying on here all summer? Stephanie Curry is a habitual flopper - she literally flops on just about every jump shot - and the girl who cried wolf, period. She also pushed off before flopping. No-call is the right call there, deal with it.

If CP3 extended his left arm out, it would be more legit, but you can see that he doesn't extend his arm at all. He just touched him and Curry flopped. I have to hand it to Curry though, he's pretty good at that flop because he knocked down the 3 pointer just a few possessions earlier while flopping. I guess Jamal Crawford has that same play too as he converts a lot of 4 point plays.

Seriously though, people want to see the game decided by made shots and not free throws from touch calls. If you call that a foul, then we can review just about every possession in the game and call a foul on at least 3 players.

Yea I saw this and I don't understand. The only differences I can see is that Wall shot it with 5 seconds left and also he didn't dribble but other than those two differences I don't see why CP3 doesn't get that call.

Gotta admit, the Blazers are fun to watch. Not a bunch of bitchmade crybaby floppers like the Rockets and Warriors.

If the rockets won't win this game.. its over for them, harden isn't giving them anything on offense and his a liability in D. Better trade him for Melo lol

Repped High Quality Post

It was NOT a foul. ESPN even had former ref Steve Javie analyze the call, and he said he wouldn't have called a foul either. They even pointed out Curry's flop in trying to trick the refs in that 3 he hit over Barnes earlier. Last I checked, NBA didn't issue anything saying it was a mistaken, unlike that real foul on Chris Paul in game one.

Of all the players, it had to be Troy Daniels.

It just had to be Daniels.

If you excuse me, I'm off to pay a visit to his brother, Jack.

What Warriors fans have you been talking to? He's not even ready to play yet from the report I read early in the week. Where do you guys come up with this stuff?

Don't forget the Heat (of course, I am talking about as far as the whining goes. Don't get me started on how much I hate the heat). I like to comment on what's happening during the game. My 2 cents.. 1st quarter That's the first lane violation they called this series. and it was on the first free throw attempt (does that even happen) you will NEVER go one game without hearing the word aggressive (i will be counting how many times "agressive"....

BINGO! And how convenient it is for the Warriors fans to attribute this loss to bad officiating yet applaud faulty calls back on Christmas day that benefit them. Either way in the end a team may get fortunate with one game of favorable calls, but over the course of seven games the true winner emerge. I can't wait for the final result

I don't cheer for adultery, but Jackson has come clean, admitted his mistake, and has moved on. Sterling has a pattern.

Here's the difference that matters on the court:

The players love Jackson. The Clippers players are angry with Sterling, as they should be.

Tweet from Vincent Bonsignore @DailyNewsVinny

"Needless to say, there is tremendous anger among the #Clippers players."

You guys have a problem on your hands.

You're really f*cking gross. How can you use this story for your own personal gain??

And also, you don't "vote" for teams dumbass. It's called rooting for a team. There isn't a council of fans somewhere counting all of the votes to see who makes it past the first round.

Jackson only "came clean" after he was blackmailed by a succubus. He and Sterling are more similar than you'd like to admit.

Whoa whoa whoa, Jackson apologized? Therefore not only is he forgiven, he's cured! He will never look at another woman, let alone sleep with one. I didn't realize he had apologized, that changes everything.

Donald, apologize like Jackson and all is well!

Your frustration over the Sterling situation is really boiling over, and I can understand that. This story poses a serious dilemma for Clipper fans with a conscience.

As far as my personal gain goes, as a fan of the NBA I gain nothing by this story, other than jabbing you guys with it. And all is fair in love and war. But to be serious about it, it is sad to me that in this era, and in this sport in particular, that Donald Sterling is allowed to own an NBA franchise.

I have an idea. Now hear me out for a second, what if our players pretended to be professional athletes and don't let off the court distractions affect them on the court. I know it's crazy, but it might just work.

What do you mean you gain nothing? You said we should all be "voting" for the Warriors now because of this story.

I bet you were also selling "Never Forget" shirts in New York on 9/12/2001 and saw nothing wrong with it.

Taking off my "Warriors fan" hat:

It's not that simple. If they just do their job then they are saying its OK. I would think that they don't want to do that.

Tweet from Vincent Bonsignore ‏@DailyNewsVinny 18m

I don't envy the players or Doc Rivers. They have been put in a really tough spot.

They will play. But like I said on the other thread, the NBA is probably going to get Sterling out of the league. He can't be the owner any longer, not in this era and this organization. There is no place for him here. And that is good news for you guys.

But in the meanimtime, he's still yours.

DIck Blaine,we have know for as long as we have been fans Don is an arsehole, but Don only writes checks. There are plenty of aresholes in this country signing checks, maybe even the person that pays you.

Racism is not dead and won't be probably forever. I thought we as a nation turned a corner when President Obama was elected and I was proud of America when it happened, but now I think certain political parties have made sure we are more divided then ever. This isn't just a Clipper problem. This is a national problem. It is on the blocks where we all live.

But good old Don does it again , for the millionth time, not arming his brain before he fires his mouth. And the media does it again, taking the obviously most hated team in America and using this as a reason we should give up because of him. Tell the guys that have worked at this game since they were little boys to give up the sport they love for a arsehole that may well be dead before the finals get here. Ignore the fans, ignore you goals in life, quit.

Is he a jerk, yes. Should he go,yes. But that is the NBA owners problem, not the teams or the fans. We a have to let the league sort it out. If every team in the NBA wants to boycott the weekend in support, including the Duds, then fine we will march hand in hand with our players and our team. But I suspect they are going to pursue their goals with or without DTS and we have their backs,we are not going to "vote" for another team.

We've held on for years,we as fans are not backing down now.

You can have the most beautiful house in the world, but if there is a fat, rotting carcass in it, it stinks no matter what. That's the problem for Clipper fans, as you are seeing today. Lucky for you, that house is in a neighborhood, and the neighborhood association is about to force the owner to sell the home.

I'd be very surprised if Sterling still owns the team 12 months from now. This problem has to be corrected. It's bad business for the Association.

The difference that matters on the court is that our coach is squeaky clean, loved and respected by our players, fans, and the entire basketball community. Your coach bangs hookers in between sermons, is an idiot in general, alienates his assistant coaches and will probably be fired in the next couple weeks after this season ends in failure.

The other little difference is we have much better players.

Let's focus on basketball and not the scumbag owner.

Clippers will play well against any team they face in round 2, whether OKC or the Grizzlies. With that said, I'm tired of seeing the Grizzlies in the playoffs, so I'm hoping OKC wins in Game 7 in overtime and be run ragged by the time they play the Clips.

Yes but sometimes they don't tell the whole truth...the odds are much higher in our favor when you look at the specific scenario.
