NBA Commissioner David Stern has issued the following statement:
“We are pleased that the Sonics and the City of Seattle have settled their litigation. While the decision has been made to relocate the Sonics to Oklahoma City, the NBA continues to regard Seattle as a first-class NBA city that is capable of serving as home for another NBA team.
My question is will The new team from OKC play in the Northwest division?????
I still feel sad for the sonics fans though |

| Yup, yup very good questions. I think the NBA WILL REdivide the league once again, but not dramatically at all. or we could just have four teams in the northwest althought tht would be unfair idk |
