really dissapointed with chris paul... i don't remember the last time he showed up for a playoff game with the clippers. this game was there for the taking and we clearly did not exceute. we better play with some fire at game 7.

roll Of course you're more disgusted in Chris. At least this makes up for the times BG has been a no show in the previous playoffs. But we're going to need both to show up on Saturday if we want to win

Serious Question: Where do we go with this team with a first-round exit AGAIN? (Theoretical)

Are they playing young teams that are missing one of their best players? At least Dallas is a veteran team with an elite coach and Memphis is really a top-4 team that got knocked down to 8th because Gasol and Allen got hurt. The Warriors are "coached" by Mark Jackass and are missing Bogut. I could understand the excuses for our other two losses, but there are no excuses for this.

I'm so sad. So so sad. This team isn't as good as I thought it seems. Doc hasn't made any adjustments

This is the same team without Jermaine Oneal that we beat by 40 and then 10!!! What no one here understands is that the league wants this! Atlanta-Pacers Game 7... Memphis-OKC Game 7... Clippers-Warriors....

CP3 didn't have great numbers but he was a +8 and did a good job on Curry (who scored mostly when CP3 picked up foul trouble in the 1st half). People who think CP3 is having a bad series are completely ignoring the fact that he is the primary guy responsible for cutting of "the head of the snake", which takes some serious energy. But generally anyone who think CP3 is a choker knows absolutely nothing about basketball.

I think it is going to prove that a cp3 blake core doesn't work.

Break it up. You don't trade DJ because his game actually translated in the playoff and he's young. I'd trade CP and BG for KD and RW lol

This was always going to be a tough series as I predicted. Those who though otherwise haven't been watching these two teams play each other for the last few years or had their head somewhere where the sun doesn't shine.

Never mind the Clippers, this guy rarely shows up in the playoffs, period. He's never been out of the second round, and it's not hard to see why. In NOLA, he used to get scared in big games and defer to guys like Pargo. With us, he's moved to the other extreme and has started overdribbling and chucking.

The only way this team loses game 7 is if the plane crashes on the flight home. Don't worry.

Neither of those teams are facing a team missing a key player.Bogut out all damn series and then add Lee and O'Neal in foul trouble are hurt. We got out hustled by Draymond Green. I don't care about the sterling thing before or after this series shouldn't have gone 7.

Agree. CP3 main goal is shutting down Curry. If we advance, he really needs to assert his dominance because we won't have our bigs as an advantage anymore if we face Memphis or OKC

"Clippers sweep"

"Clippers in 5, definitely"

"Clippers in 6, no problem"

Maybe it's time to stop being so cocky.

I don't bother read anyone comments because most people comment are basically pointless. All I know is that Clippers will win game 7! You can print, sign my name on it, put the bet on it, there is no way Clips will lose game 7. Go Clippers!

Out of all the years we get home court and an actual game7 we don't have any sponsors to give out shirts or rally towels Sad. Warriors are a scary team to face in game7, but hopefully ClipperNation brings it.

seriously you got to look back and say if we didn't screw up game 1 we would be off to the second round already, now we are going to game 7 and there is every chance we will get bounced from the first round SMMFDH

How's that cocky? It's being confident. The way you cheer you may as well hang out with the retirees and talk how life sucks and the world is going to end.

With such a tight result, tonight the biggest difference was that the Clippers couldn't force many turnovers. In fact, the Warriors only had 8, while the Clippers gave it up 12 times. The D was otherwise pretty good, but the Clippers just couldn't get any easy transition baskets off of turnovers. And that's their bread and butter- I don't even remember a single fastbreak basket by LA.

Shooting 37% was pretty awful as well. Blake looked a bit lethargic & missed so many chippies. CP who is not 100%, was just 3 for 10, JJ 2 for 10 from deep, DC 2 for 8. Big Baby, Danny G, JD 0-4 combined. Questionable ref calls not withstanding, one or two more baskets, this could have been a W.

Time to look at tape, strike back, or this could be another very, very painful early PO exit.

San Antonio had far and away the best record and rested their guys all season long, OKC has the virtually unanimous MVP and they've both struggled without the distractions we've had.

We rebound a little better and run our offense a little less tentatively and we'll blow them away.

I said after game 5 what's the chance of BG and CP struggling again. So what's the chance of CP and BG struggling for the third consecutive game

As bad as Blake played tonight, I wouldn't trade him because he's young and still has many years ahead of him to figure things out.

CP3, on the other hand, should be in trade talks if we lose Game 7. History shows that teams that rely so heavily on their point guards rarely win championships compared to other positions. Combine that with how he isn't getting any younger and how his playoff resume is a joke - I highly doubt we're ever seeing a title with him hogging the ball.

Why? So I can be miserable and just predict losses like a "realist" like you? You are the most negative person I've ever encountered anywhere. If your real life is anything like the millions of posts you have here, on scout, on RealGM, I just can't even imagine. It's just a game, dude. We root for our teams and hope they win. We have no power to control anything. May as well be optimistic and enjoy the ride, or else even winning feels like losing. You suck the joy out of what should be entertainment.

Have you seen Granger play??? Big Baby??? Matt finally getting something on O. DC up and down.

BG NEEDS to step up. Can not let Green punk him.

Terrible refs! Any questionable calls in the end went against us. Obviously the refs and the nba want a game 7. More money.

People calling out cp3 make no sense. There's 2 sides of the game in basketball. He's been playing great defense for most of the series chasing curry everywhere. His offense could obviously be better but it's not like he's playing super bad overall as a few of you make it seem.

EGGGSACTLY!!

I'm a confident guy. I am not super successful but I get tons of play with the ladies because they can see that I have confidence. JQuick32 might be a multi-millionaire for all I know, but with that attitude, he ain't getting any play.

Maybe it's time to stop being so fatalistic. You must have pulled most of your hair and got ready to leap off a building when the Kings were down 3-0, LOL.

We WILL win it a home in front of our screaming fans.

He only took 10 shots Very Happy. We're running the offense through Blake and you see where that has got us. But you don't want to point that out because it doesn't go along with your agenda Wink

Doc just said this in the post game. And he said he's good with CP focusing on defense which takes away from his offense. But people on here want to rag on him for everything. You saw what happenes when he's not on Curry. Every Time somebody else was on Curry, it was a easy layup. He cannot, with his physical issues, stay with Curry AND score at will. If you think he can, you are crazy.

It was a must win for GSW. Not even close to a must win for us, and it showed. Do you think OKC is going to lose game 7? Did you think the Lakers were going to lose when they went game 7 with the Nuggets a few years ago? Or the Rockets during their title run? How about Doc's champion Celtics who had to go game 7 in the first two rounds? And game 7 with the Bulls the next year? And the Magic? How many of these teams lost?

The key to the series is not cp3 dominating the warriors. He needs to slow down curry which he has been for the most part. It's us dominating bogut less warriors in the paint. We should be crushing them on the boards, not allowing as many offensive rebounds, and scoring at will inside. The warriors inside defenders are terrible and undersized. No excuses.

Even if we win Game 7, still disappointing. We're playing the WARRIORS, they're not even close to contending for a chip. Dallas has tons of veterans and a championship pedigree, Grizz are arguably the best team in the conference post All Star break. We have no excuse, flat out underachieving.
