Matt needs to study Tony Allen tape until his eyes hurt. If we can force Westbrook to get shot happy we have a chance. I've been proud of DJ but I'm not suspecting the same impact next series. It's being realistic OKC has much better mobility with size.

I think Dudley will get a chance to play against Durant. Dudley could play Durant very aggressively something Durant doesn't like.

Health is a consideration. Paul is too important we need him at 100 percent. Blake needs to build on fourth quarter - hopefully he snapped out of his funk from games 5 and 6.

Props to golden state - they would be more endearing without the preacher, and curry is a star. However, although I can stand Jackson, I'm not convinced he deserves to lose his job. He seemed to do a good job from game three onwards

Just got back to the hotel. The crowd was great! Yelling defense the whole game and it was loud!!! Clippernation did great!!! How did it seem on tv? Clipper fans were taunting warrior fans after the game. Lol. Can't wait to face okc!!!

Tense: It is true what he said but lets put it in perspective, if we lost game 7 would Doc sit there and say "Donald said racist stuff and our team quit, good job warriors but we lost this ourselves..."

No he wouldn't because you don't back hand slap the team that beat you because your a bad sport, you say good job to the other team and not point out advantages they have over you...what person with class would do that...

The Warriors are a hell of a team, I hate them to death but really respect how hard they fought.

Jackson took the team to the PO's 2 straight years. They need some more better players to help out Curry and Thompson, not a new coach IMO.

I honestly expect the same production or more. His matchup is kendrick perkins, dj should definitely dominate that matchup considering he jumps 20 inches higher than him and 3 inches taller than him

Bullock defended Durant pretty well too. Doc should try a little of everything and see what sticks.

Coaches usually don't want to experiment at this time, but Bullock might not being enough of a difference on defense to make up for the downgrade he brings on offense

We don't know what Doc would have said...subjective. Jackson said nothing that offended me. He stated what was obvious.

Apparently you have a personal problem with him. Wink

I see Perkins being more physical than GSW could have been. Combined with Ibaka, Collison, and Adams its going to be tougher battle with all those hustle guys. Don't suspect a fall off the earth but just not this series.

A healthy Bogut would make the Warriors one of the top teams in the West but he is always injured and has never recovered.

Since OKC has no real threat at the 5 or 4, the Warriors could play small ball against them and may even have beaten OKC.

Don't sell Adams short, he should be their starting center. He's going to be a very good player for that team. DJ is going to have his hands full.

I expect Perkins to be in early foul trouble and OKC will play Ibaka at the 5 and Collison at the 4. Collison plays Blake well on D.

they don't need their frontcourt to score against us, they had KD. What they wanted is to contain both DJ and BG.

Curry, yeah... but Thompson?

Guy should have a cologne named after him... (whispers) Overrated... by Clavin Klein.

They'll Play Adams. He should and will be their starting center next year.

Adams is a hustle player and good defender but against the Warriors he would have to go out of the paint to guard his opponent and wouldn't play much.

Against the Clippers with DeAndre and Blake, Adams and Perkins will have more importance on the game.

DJ is far superior at this point, but yeah, mutual foul trouble hurts us more than them.

Maybe, but those are the 2 you build around IMO.

If I'm Myers, I sell high on Thompson. IMO, he's already lost a little value this postseason and it'll only continue to drop until his extension is due.

Adams (like I told a lot fans here about DJ last year) he's much better the you think. wink

Just got back from the game. Hands down the greatest live basketball I've experienced in my life (season ticket holder 24 years).

Steph Curry is legit, just an absolutely spectacular player. Draymond played well, but he was just on fire, not even close to that good regularly.

I don't know how our team played so well, the energy in the building was out of control in the 2nd half, everyone was on pins and needles.

All of our starters and Jamal played an incredible game and deserve accolades.

Lastly, what in the hell were the refs trying to pull in the last 2 minutes? That was horrendous, it truly seemed like a fixed game.

Honestly I could care less about this next series, I'm spent haha.

Thompson is a very good shooter and played great defense on Paul. He also will take the big shot in a game without hesitation. Any team would love to have him.

Thompson is actually underrated

I think GS fans have felt that he disappears in the playoffs, but he's an overall average productive player who plays defense. He's not a star level player by any means and should be thought of accordingly.

I agree he WILL be good... but ours is better right now. Just worried about his ability to instigate... a la Bogut. Hopefully DJ's newfound "star-power" will negate that.

Thompson's numbers are down because he was forced to guard Paul in most of the series. Thompson and Curry are one of the best 1 and 2 combo in the NBA.

That maybe true now, but some players take a little longer to fulfill their potential. Time will tell.

6-7 million would be about right for an average SG. Add 4 mil to that for being 7-feet tall and there's DJ's contract.

Fortunately, DJ became better than average. I'm not sure Klay will... and he's going to get more than 6-7 mil.

I have said this before! If I am Golden State I completely dismantle this team. I keep Curry, and I keep Thompson. Iggy played well , but I can't trust him. Trade Lee or Bogut....

Tyson's injury prone and on the wrong side of 30. Boozer's finished and on the wrong side of 30.

Don't leave your day job. Razz

Now, that's the other factor and I have no gauge on what Thompson's potential is. I don't know if he can become a dynamic ball handler which can allow him to do more things off the ball and be able to create 1-2 more good looks a game vs a tougher defense.

While this is true, we also do acknowledge that it is primarily because of Curry, but they are the best shooting combo. Of course Paul's numbers were also down because he had to guard Curry and be the primary ball handler, but Klay just isn't as dynamic a scorer as Curry, which is why his numbers go down. Remember that even in the regular season, he doesn't get to the basket that much and doesn't draw fouls, so his efficiency has a limit. What I really like about him is the pride he has taken in being a good NBA defender.

Klay Thompson being known as a "splash brother" overvalues him immensely. It's like being Alec Baldwin's brother.

If I were Stephanie, I'd want to cut him before he becomes dead weight... particularly cap-wise.

The problem with dismantling this team for GSW is that they're basically locked into it. As I pointed out before the series, they spent too much money on bad contracts and they traded away a bunch of unprotected picks. Their front office doomed their team to being a perpetual 6-8 seed and hoping for the second round by going all-in for Dwight and failing. Myers should be the one on the hot seat, not Jackass.

Like tense said, those aren't really guys you want to hold yourself to contracts with. Tyson's health isn't necessarily more sure than Boguts. Boozer is worse than Lee and older. They shouldn't make any rash moves. In saying Klay isn't a star, I'm not saying he isn't useful or can't improve, just commenting on his current state. They need to stick with Curry / Klay / Iggy and build the rest of the roster to compliment those guys.

Give Klay like $8-9M / year if possible, I can't imagine the bidding war for him going too crazy.

Actually DJ was better then average last year, he just didn't get the minutes he should have.

We'll see where Thompson ends up in a few years.

A team like the Spurs or Thunder maybe even Rockets , but I believe if he goes any where else he will be a 6th man candidate?

Don't think the Rockets or the Spurs need him, maybe the Thunder, but I don't think they have the cap space.
