Kind Of Depressing. Staff Leaving For The Same Jobs They Had Here. I am not mad though. Spurs have assistants leave all the time , but for Head Coaching jobs they do not leave for....

Not a good sign for our organization. You would think these guys would want to be affiliated with a competitive team such as ours in hope that it would lead to head coaching opportunities. Something's not right here...

One of the reasons why Alvin Gentry was released from his contract to go to GSW was so Lue could move into the associate head coach position and be groomed as the replacement. Now you're telling me that he decides to leave for Cleveland? Something smells fishy

Dan Woike said Clips Execs strongly believed Lue was getting the Cavs job so his departure was inevitable. They were already prepared for this. Like I Said before , I could not see either if....

You can thank f***** DTS for dragging this ownership drama out as long as he can. Now he wants to delay the trial another month because one of his "expert witnesses" will conveniently be out of the country!

We're not getting a single good free agent and will be lucky to hire any good assistant coaches at this rate.

"Disloyal ness" got nothing to do with it. It's just a business decision ($).

Who is making financial decisions? I have to believe if ballmer was here this wouldn't be happening. It just looks bad we can't hold onto people

Guess if that's your mind set, well ok, but that example is apples and oranges, lol. Sports is still a business.

Considering you've been following professional sports for a while, it shouldn't surprise you that the concept of "loyalty" is dead among all but maybe a few of the older star players left in the league.

Well damn. When you get your pay almost tripled then hell yeah you leave. Gentry and Lue all got raises and Eastman got a promotion. So all of the assistant leaving is understandable now. ....

See, as I said, it's only business. Disloyal ness or dating has got nothing to do with it wink
