| if we can get Josh Smith for TT and Cat or something we would have a nice starting line-up with somewhat depth. but i think we'll do good even if another team gets him or if he re-signs. |

| if we get smith for tt and cat we have 0 sg. no 3s. and we mess up al since he either has to play sg or get off from the bench. and baron will have more pressure on him since he is the only one to run the ball |

0 sg's? Eric Gordon is a shooting guard and if we sign Azibuke, he'll play the SG position. |

| I think Gordan won't start immediately but I don't think it'll take till halfway mark depending on his success. |

| If Gordon misses his defensive assignments on a consistent basis, Dunleavy will not have him play extended minutes. He's done it before to other players. |

Well "IF" we were to win the Smith sweepstakes, someone who is starting material could come off the bench as the 6th man (ie Ben Gordon, Ginoboli, Barbosa, Terry, JR Smith etc).. which would give us that much more firepower, so when the starters go out, the offense doesnt stall. So with a lineup of
BD
Gordon
AT
Camby
AZ
Smith
Kaman
Having a Smith and AZ come off the bench would be scary!!!! Does anyone agree!!! |

| It's posted all over the place. We don't have the MLE any more. It's on another post. We lost it when Brand and Maggette left and we signed BD. All we have left is vets minimum. or a possible trade that could be worked out. If we trade, then we have to give up some players. Atlanta won't take Cat and TT for Smith. Would you? Even if they threw in a first round pick. They still probably wouldn't do it. I don't blame 'em. He's a talented player, J. Smith. We have to find a vet looking to make peanuts for us. Who's availabe for the minimum? |

| for what it's worth - LA was all but about to fax over an offer sheet - but Denver agreed to the Camby deal at the very last minute. Let's just say Josh Smith and his people were very, very disappointed. |
