Baron 12 $65 mil for 5 years (starts at about 12)

Powell 0.8 estimated
Gordon 3 estimated
Jordan 0.8 estimated
total is 45.2 mil...without Gordon 42.3 mil
that leaves aobut 16.5 mil to spend (1st round Draft picks contract DO NOT count against salary cap) plus MLE of about 5.8 mil
Clippers had 65 mil payroll last year
Smith or Emeka would take about $13 mil per year to get
Clippers have BI-Annual excpetion ($1.91 mil)..can use it on Ross
Clippers can use minimum salary exceptions for Fezekas (seems like they want him for some reason)
Can use MLE (mid-level exception) on ?

| The cap for this year has not been announced. It will certainly raise. We might have as much as 14M to spend now that Elton has left. |

| I like Josh Smith but he's more of a small forward like Al? But with Maggette gone maybe Josh would be a nice fit who can play both positions. |

| Our new Power Forward is DeAndre Jordan? By the way, we do not have a MLE, we used it on Thomas. So we have about 11 Mil to work with. If we could get Smith or Okafor for that it would be good. But they are both restricted so their teams could match. |

| Yes, if he had renounced certain players like Powell we could have gone(and supposedly did) as high as 15M while still keeping Davis. But since he's leaving, there is no need to squeeze out the extra few mil unless some other big name worth 15M becomes available. And I do think we still have our MLE but I'm not an expert. |

| Clippers could front load a contract for Josh Smith (offer him 16 mil for next season..then decrease by 8% per year).. That would make it unlikely ATL could match the offer |
