| i like randolph... he hustles for offensive rebound and has a nice mid-range. if we could get him for expiring contract like mobley, then i say go for it. this will give us more money for a proven shooting guard. i heard michael redd is on the block? |

| we should trade mobley for randolph. sign okafor for as much money he wants then trade him to michael redd of milwaukee. the bucks need a low post present since they lost yi. this makes sense since there were rumor that redd was no longer wanted in the bucks |

| I am not a fan of Zach. I think he is all O and no D. He lacks heart and brains. He only hustles for donuts. |

Personally I don't like Randolph, he is not a stand-up guy Clipper fans normally like.
That being said, there's no one who's more of a beast under the basket! His game is similar to what EB's was years ago (scoring most of his points on put-backs). With him and Kaman, the paint would be one dangerous area! |

dunleavy was the coach in portland who gave randolph the opportunity to prove himself |

Zach Rondolph: NO. NO. A THOUSAND TIME NO.
We just got jipped by the seemingly nicest guy in the league. I don't want to bring in this grossly overpaid knucklehead, even if he does get 20-10. |

| Yeah he is a knucklehead but as we found, you can never count on a "stand up guy" If he produces and his idiocy doesn't cause problems go for him |

| we talking about Zach Randolph, why???? not the type of player (attitude) i'd want in the locker room. yeah he may be a 20-10 guy but i'd choose Josh Smith over this character in a heartbeat..but if we can give up Mobley for him, why not?.. |

| realize we would need to give Mobley and Thomas to make the trade work. After that we would have 5 (6) active players to contract. |

| I would have to pass trading for Randolph for now. Why trade away one of our core players when we have the possibility to sign a big time talent without giving up anyone? It could make sense later on as an alternative if we couldn't get our main guys. |

if we get zack we cn use our money to go after people like iggy and red that is why.
it basically becomes mobely/tim and oak/josh
or
iggy or red and zack

| ^^Only thing though is that the Knicks are trying to get rid of salary- they wold be taking on two sizable contracts in Mobley/Thomas. Plus if we lose Mobley we'd be really short on the 2-guard front. |

| Guys we cant lose players. We need a team!!! Mobley and Thomas will do fine with a real PG. We need to keep them, they are needed and will fill in just fine. I know Thomas is lazy and weak on D but Baron will make them better and bring some excitement to the TEAM! He is a leader!! |

well both of their contracts end in 2009 or something so knicks have space.
and adding iggy or red would make us lights out.
but that being said i think #1 is more likely.
mobley is needed to play d at sg against kobe/wade and others(gordon will be there but not yet)
tim if healthy and baron spreads the floor with bigs under the basket(kaman/okafor) he will be deadly in 3land. |
