It's mostly footage of him dunking and blocking, but you can tell why Baron wants him because they ran so many pick and rolls to perfection.
Make sure you click on "high quality" so it looks clearer. Bidrins packs Brand on the 3:03 mark (take that BA!), and then it was Kaman's turn a few seconds later.
Look at him D up Tim Duncan too. |

I think those are ALL his baskets from last year!!!! He's always looking for the garbage. As always you see one of these youtube videos it seems like the best player in the world.
I see him as the best option looking all the other players. |

Hahah yeah that's what I thought too- that's a ton of baskets packed into one video. He has some post moves too as shown in the footage. Obviously he's not a huge post threat but man can he run the pick and roll. He should compliment Kaman pretty well. |

| Well the video definitely makes him to look amazing but his stats are strong whether due to up tempo or not. But we are looking to push the ball harder now than in the past. Plus Having 2 players who have played together always helps chemistry. I guess we'll see what happens. Seems easier to nab him the Smith and Okafor thats for sure but is he the right choice.... |

AND.....he's only 22...always a plus. Keeping the team young 
With Brand gone our starting players just got a whole lot younger. Could be a blessing. |

| Great find. He is quick and athletic. Has a nice lefty jump hook. Soft hands, quick hands. Fills the lane. Great pick and rolls. Shows him blocking Duncan and Gasol as well. You know whose game he reminds me of the most? PauGasol |

If the Clippers spend money on a quick fix like Biedrins when we could afford a defensive pillar like Okafor, thats some really poor decision making.
People are forgetting, if Okafor REALLY wants to leave...
1. he'll take less money
2. he'll ask the bobcats not to match the clippers offer and let him go
no organization wants to keep a player that doesnt want to be there.
Signing someone like Biedrins will put us in a position where we dont have enough cap space to sign a big name next year. ex: Josh Smith. |

Well put clipshow.
I once felt Okafor was the choice to go with. But after realizing Davis thrives in the up-tempo style of play Okafor just doesn't fit in. He's not even a true PF ,I believe. Kaman stood strong without Brand and though we could use another large inside presence, I think if we can get someone who can handle most PF's, block shots on help defense, run the floor, and have more of an offensive game, we'll probably play a lot better.
Besides playing slow ball hasn't quite worked for us. With the young guys we have who have the ability to slash to the basket and leap into the air slamming down ally-oops and a PG who plays his best game in that stlye, it really seems like it's a step in the right direction rather than sticking with the low post game. If Kaman can improve or at least play the way he did last year, and stay healthy, we wont need another dominant big man down low. |

| Yeah, when Brand went down, teams started double teaming Kaman, sagging in on him. Because Brand wasn't there and we were not shooting well outside, Kaman's numbers started to drop with all the pressure. This year, if we get Biedrins, it kind of like adding Pau Gasol. Look how Odoms numbers jumped when Pau joined the Lakers. Biedrins will keep teams from doubling Kaman. And our new outside shooting prowess will keep them from sagging. This is actually going to work. Well, we have to sign Andris first. |

Let's see. Biedrins is white, European, 7 footer, slim...Yes. But he is not Pau Gasol. Pau is a better offensive player, with more moves back to the basket, more passing skills, more outside shoot, more IQ basketball, better FT shooter...
On the other hand I think Biedrins is better at getting rebounds, fighting and more agressive. Biedrins has more hustle (I think you call it this way). He's always trying to get the garbage rebounds while Pau never tries to fight for them. Furthermore he's younger than Pau.
I think Biedrins is a nice option but to compare him Gasol is a bit unfair. |

| You're right guys definitely he is no Gasol offensively, but it doesn't mean he can't get better. If he can develop a consistent jumper and improve his post skills he could be even better than Gasol eventually. |

Yeah, he isnt nearly the beast Gasol is. But he does hustle, and he does have enough offense to keep Kaman from being mauled (like Jamfan said). He will grab boards and if he can defend most PFs, he may be enough to start for our new team.
What I really like is that as Eric Gordon drives to the hoop, Al Thornton can hit the 3 ball on the wing. Or vice versa. It'd also be nice to get a good 3 point shooter at the SF (like Barnes) for this purpose also.
ERIC GORDON & AL THORNTON open up everything for us. Kaman does his work inside, and whoever we sign at PF helps Kaman out and maybe provides more shooting range. So Beidrins may work well for that. And Baron Davis runs the team. This has AMAZING written all over it. I'm so excited for the season. I'm just worried about the bench...but you know what?? I think our staring lineup is enough to make the postseason, and if we lose in the 1st round in a tough western conference, at least we have a young team that has room to grow into a huge frickin' MONSTER!!! |

Well put. Every team needs a guy like that. I think with the potential we have in our shooters from distance ( Thornton, Baron, Gordon, Mobley and hopefully Thomas), we need a scrapper to do the "little" things. |
