This guy seems legit and probably wouldnt cost us much. Now that we lost Kaz we got figure out how to use the rest of that cap space.

I said my votes in the other thread, but they are Devean George, Kareem Rush and Gordon Giricek!

yea this sounds like a no risk situation, lets take a shot with him, bring back powell, and get ourselves a backup small forward...well have a beastly frontline

Some unrestricted free agents that may be able to help....i've listed SF, PF, and Centers.

Jamal Magloire, Ricky Davis, Flip Murray, Bonzi Wells, Fred Jones, Brian Skinner.

I truly believe that Mobley and Thomas are going to get good #'s this years because Davis is going to get them open. I think with Davis' style of play we should go after a Fred Jones (high flyer) or Flip Murray (explosive)....Bonzi is getting a little old, but he can still play....Ricky Davis is not a great chemistry guy but may be available for cheap....

Flip Murray already turned us down last season. I dislike Rikcy Davis very much. Not crazy about F. Jones, but if it's the minimum, it might be worth a try.

Yeah just about to say Murray was on the verge of signing with us but bolted last second.

Might as well...a little disappointed because I know that the warriors wouldn't have matched if it was another team going after Kaz.

After all thats been happening I know for a fact none of these players will be mentioned when we sign someone else. When we were looking to replace Brand, did we get who we spoke of? no, when we looked through the Free Agency did any of our choices pop up? no, so I am going to just go by what I see officially.
    We are that mysterious.

You know Dunleavy will find someone else. Hopefully the burn by Felton is still motivating him so that he gets out there and finds us another decent wing player.

I can't believe much of what I read about the Clippers anymore because the actual news always seems to come out of left field.

I think Rush, Wells, or Giricek would be ok. They aren't gonna be expected to carry the team, just score a little when they're in there. Its hard to see who the Fo is looking at next. It's really slim pickings on the free agent list.

Please no Devean George. We're trying to get rid of our cancers, we don't need to replace them with lesser skilled cancers. Same goes for Ricky Davis and Bonzi (but I might give them a chance if they were really cheap).

i don't think theres anyone really out there to sign that can help us. i say we should trade mobley and thomas and see what we can get out of them two. we can also throw in a future first round pick and see what we can get. personally, I really like mobley I wouldn't want to see him leave. he can play defense, can shoot the three very well, good free throw shooter, uses the glass very well, and a great post up player. if you guys don't remember, I believe the first 4 games of the season cuttino was are leading scorer.

You can shop Thomas and Mobley now, but there will be much better offers for both when they become expiring next year. If you don't believe in expiring contracts, remember that cake-throwing big man (who's name we're not allowed to mention) that netted LAL the big Spanish guy from the Grizzlies.

Ramona Shelburne says the Clippers have signed someone, more details later tonight.

    http://www.insidesocal.com/clippers/

BTW, you all should check this blog out, she does good work if you read her articles on the Press-Telegram.

I'm guessing Mo Evans. Anyone else care to guess?

I figured they would react fast. Ever since Duneleavy got here the Clippers have made their off season decisions quickly and decisively. I like that. Oh, and agree with journeyman, now that Art Thompsons clipperblog has been sunk so that the OC register could use him to provide "the Ultimate Laker coverage"
