I don't know if he was on that list of renounced players, but we REALLY need to get rid of Dan Dickau. I love the clippers but i HATE DICKAU. I would rather bring Fred Hoiberg out of retirement. We should ship Dickau to Orlando for Reddick. We'll blow him up as a "Gonzaga Star!!!"

Dickau gets my vote for being the worst non-post player in the NBA.

Dickau is a free agent. It took way too long for him to become one. It was horrible watching him play. I think he had 1 decent game last year. He needs to retire with Smush. They both need to find a job doing something else. Or go to the D-league.

sorry, but we don't have our midlevel. I would be so down to get childress though. he's a local guy too and im sure would love to play here.

Why don't we have our mid-level?

Azubuike can play. If we can pick him up, no joke, I'd give us home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs

Why don't we have our mid-level?

The mid-level is only for teams who enter free-agency over the cap. Currently we are about 2mil below the cap. Therefore, if we sign a player for that much and go over the cap, we still wouldn't be allowed the MLE. That's why it's called an exception, it's an exception for teams who are aren't able to spend money of free agents, unlike us who entered the free agency with money to spend. Hopefully that helps clarify.

With the recent signing on Camby, I feel ecstatic, but unfortunately, INCOMPLETE.

I still feel we have one more move to make before everything is said and done.

    Trade? Sign? Sign-and-trade?

Dude, what's up with all these laker fans bashing on the clippers on this website.

Why can't they just leave us alone and celebrate the arrival of bombass nba players.

Why can't they just shut the hell up?

WHY? i'll tell you why. they're jealous that clippers are actually making moves. I'd be jealous, tell you the truth. Basically, the lakers are relying on andrew bynum to bring them the championship. That's their excuse for not winning. I mean, that's cool, cuz the lakers were close to winning it all, but laker fans(kobe fans) know they need to improve their roster a little bit.

As far as clippers go, I'm glad everything happened this offseason. It's gives us more reason to enjoy being a clipper fan. Imagine Clippers vs. Lakers, even better Clippers vs. Warriors, and the best Clippers vs. 76ers. The hype is there, the excitement is in store.

GUARANTEE this season is going to be so crazy. Sold out games left and right, winning games left and right, spectacular plays on both sides of the court. But seroiusly...

    what's next?
    Josh Childress?
    Josh Smith?
    Shaun Livingston?

I only know one Lakers fan who does that on here and his name is ClippersHorrible, and he is ban by David. Though I still wish he was still around so I would laugh at how ignorant and foolish he look.

No your the good Lakerfan, we enjoy you here. As for Brand leaving he actually forgot where L.A was so his agent Faulk took him to philly cause we used to give Faulk weggies, but the sixers claimed they'd only push Faulk out of the way, no weggies.

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/stor ... FreeAgents

check out the list of Unrestricted FAs in the above espn.com link....like I said in a previous post: WHY ARE WE NOT NEGOTIATING WITH RICKY DAVIS!!!

sure he is a bad seed like most of you said, but if we can get him cheap, what do we got to lose? if he acts up, Coach D will stick him at the end of the bench....if he plays to his potential..WOW!!

    Other notable Unrestricted Free Agents:

Water Hermann: can hit the 3-ball....like i said: we need THREES now.

Matt Barnes: a lot of us have welcomed this versatile bench acquisition

Flip Murray: no 3-ball, but provides scoring, which we could use too...

Kareem Rush: started to heat up from 3 pt. range, and could be pretty cheap...

Gordan Giricek: another shooter that would help our bench

These guys are all UNRESTRICTED...we need to be the front runners in negotiating and signing some deals before someone else, with these guys...let's get RICKY!!!

that's true...too bad we couldn't get Earl before and had to settle for Brevin...i think earl was available at the time...but ****, depending on how much it costs, I say we sign Earl back anyway...i think DTS likes him, cuz of fan appeal, but Earl can win us about 3-4 games additional alone, based on his 4th qtr. production!

plus I saw Mike Taylor in a summer league game on nbatv, and I'm not sold on him, even as a 3rd string...I'm completely sold on DEANDRE JORDAN, however...very excited about his prospect

yeah, Deandre is definantly a steal for us but i think mike taylor just needs a little more experience and he'll do fine, he has potential but he needs to play it slow and think instead of just turning the ball over constantly

Yeah, that was the knock on him pre-draft. He rushes and sometimes doesn't keep his head up. Results in turnovers.
