| I dont belive you can sign a free agent over the cap. But we could possibly dump salary. But the only expendable player we have is TT. Who wants him for 6 mil |

David is the man ...best man for the job. David is very fair and has been. He just doesn't take kindly to insults.
Look, lets just put it behind us and forget about this.
By the way, when i first got here, I had my share of run-ins too...no biggie.
Let's move on. |

David,
Here's a tip...next time, send a member who acts inappropriately a private message...no sense in you responding to inappropriateness with an inappropriate, airing the dirty laundry, "I warned you" type of language for rest of public to see...just a tip...you're awesome dude
You're funny- actually I rarely give so many chances- usually I just ban- no PM, no public warning, etc.
Here's an example:

I'm just trying to maintain a site that fellow Clipper fans can have friendly discussions without being called names like idiots or stupid. So whether or not you want to stay- that's all up to you. |

Aww man, I hope that's not true about signing over the cap. That ruins all my glorious plans! |

You can not. if you could why not just offer JR 7 mil and call it a day. Cant do that. |

| I thought you can only go over the cap by signing players on your team that have not had their rights renounced. Like iff we had kept Maggs and FElton, we could have gone over the cap to resign both of them. But when you sign freeagents of another team it changes things. We probably can only offer one more free agent the same deal as we gave Buke. Max 3 mil per year. We can sign anyone to vets minimums, the only thing is will they take it. Atleast, thats what I had thought. If i'm wrong please clarify. |

| now that the clips signed williams i am assuming they have used al the cap. Wouldn't that give them the option of the Midlevel to offer a player? |

| You need to be over the cap before free agency begins. Otherwise there is none. |
