    Just need some clarification about the offseason.

    After LAC signed Baron Davis to his monster deal, they had about $3 mil
    left under the salary cap. This $3mil was then used to sign Azubuike to
    an offer sheet.

    My question is this. Do the Clippers still intend to sign Nick Fazekas and Marcus Williams to their qualifying offers or will the contracts be withdrawn? Can they go over the cap to sign their own RFAs (restricted free agents)?
