| Personally, I think Dan Dickau was the best PG for the Clippers last year when he got the chance to play. Why isn't he getting the opportunities that he should? Is he even on the team anymore? Did the Clips renounce the rights to him? |

| Besides Dickau, what about Marcus Williams from the Nets? How did the Warriors manage to acquire him? And why couldn't the Clippers trade Brevin for him? Wasn't Williams considered the top point guard in the draft two years ago? I don't know why the Clippers insist on going after guys like Jason Hart and Azubuike? |

| The Nets dumped Williams for a first-round pick. He would have been a solid gamble, but Jason Hart is a proven commodity under Dunleavy. And we get to keep our pick for possible future deals. And ask any Warriors fan, they are not happy to see Azubuike leave, let alone to a division rival. |

| Dickau is gone and not welcomed back. I'm sorry to dickau's fans here but he was horrible last year. His ball handling was aweful. There were quite a few games where he had the ball stolen while bringing it up the court and he wasnt double teamed. I didn't se anything promising in Dickau. Glad he's gone and it was a mistake we even got him in the first place. Hart played decent for us two years ago. He showed more potential then Dickau. Thats for sure. |

| He can wear 3. Thomas has 2. Or give him 11. I am happy to have him back. He will be a decent back up. |

The Nets are over the luxury tax threshold, so there's no way they'd take on Brevin's contract(he makes more than Williams). I would've loved to get him, but I love the possible Bookie acquisition and Hart WILL be a more solid backup for us than Brevin, who just didn't fit with our team. |

I'll admit I was a fan of Dickau as well. I always called him "little dicky" lol. He played well though. Would of thought they would keep him as a back-up. Averaging 15 mins of play he had 2.6 assists with .82 TO's. He shot nearly 42% FG and 33% 3PT. He really wasn't that bad.
Jason will be nice to have back and it's pretty cool that he made it publically known he missed us |

Can't say I'm crazy about Dickau or Knight. And of course I can't wait to see Baron.
But the unappreciated floor generals are okay by me. |

Aside from a good trade, it looks like Dunleavy never forgot about Hart. That shows me Dunleavy realized he made a mistake by letting him go and corrected it. Looks like Hart has a special place in Dunleavy's heart. |

one thing i just noticed after looking at his stats is Jason Hart actually had more steals than TO's in 2006-2007. For a PG that is very impressive! (although i will note brevin also did the same but Jason can actually shoot!)
just another benefit of picking up hart |

We went through a season of Knight/Dickau/Broken-down-Cassell/ Andre Barret/ Smush freaking Parker.
Baron Davis/Jason Hart alone should bring 20 more wins this upcoming season. |

| Jason Hart makes an extra $500k (approx.) than Brevin Knight. That extra cash does take up more cap space, but not much. It wouldn't even cover a Quinton Ross minimum deal were he to agree to one. |

^^Yeah that's my concern as well- I was surprised to see that Hart makes $1 mil more than Knight. That may well further erode our ability to sign more guys- wish we hear an official word from the front office regarding whether if we still have the MLE. Next time Dunleavy goes on radio- PLEASE- one of these interviewers must ask him that question- it's driving us nuts! |

Maybe someone should go to Ralph's Mailbag on CLippers.com and ask, he should know. |
