As I've seen many people promotes his wet dreams as players, opening threads talking about them I wanna give my name...
After seeing the hoopshype page and see that Carl Landry could go overseas I would like to promote this guy because a rookie who averages 8 points and 5 rebounds in 17 minutes playing for a PO team like the Rockets and in a low scoring system like Houston has to be considered.
This guy is a machine rebounding and gives his heart out night in night out. I really don't know what it takes to land this guy but he deserves to think a way to bring him to the Clips.
I wanna know your opinions. I think he could be the best player coming off the bench in the frontcourt positions easily over Tim Thomas, powell, faz...
Give to this guy a shot!!!

I haven't seen any quantity anywhere...
I supose 2 million dollar would be enough but we don't have this money...isn't it? |

The thing is, while guys like Landry and Childress would be great role/bench players in America, they could be all stars in Europe. So not only does that mean more playing time, it means more money. Childress is making like 20 million over 3 years in Greece. Atlanta wasn't offering that kind of money to him, because in the NBA, he's not worth that kind of money. He's making more than double what Buike would make with us.
So with Landry, unless some team offers him money, I could see him going to Europe for a bigger contract. I don't see the Clips, or a lot of other teams, offering him big money like that. |

| I love Carl Landry- the guy is a beast despite being undersized at PF. IF we have the $, I wouldn't mind seeing us offering him the same deal as Azubuike, but he would want more though. |
