Our beloved Taylor Hooks has seen her last days as a Clipper Spirit dancer.
Her hot toned abs got us to the cheerleader finals last year where we lost to the Miami Heat ********.
To reward her, the new Clipper Spirit manager canned her even though Taylor made the Spirit finals this year.
To let her go knowing she'd end up a Laker Girl really is inexcusable! We shoulda locked her up on a long-term contract. Not Camby her ass so someone else could pick her up! Screw the salary cap!!! Again, the Clippers find a way to disappoint their loyal fans.
If you would like to voice your displeasure with Clipper Spirit management, please do so at the following email:
Spirit@Clippers.com
Here she is, breaking our hearts, front row, fourth from left.

| Taylor wanted to be back as a Clipper Spirit, at least that's what she told me. I'm sad she won't be back but am happy for her if she's chosen by the Lakers (as much as I hate them). No doubt she was the heart and soul of the dance team. |

Re-read my post.
She made it to the Spirit finals a few weeks ago and was cut. She then went to Laker tryouts, and is now a finalist there. |

I sent the Clips an e-mail when she first was cut. Here is the response I received:
"Hello,
Thank you very much for your email. Taylor certainly was a "hall-of-famer" and we loved having her as part of the organization! Out of total respect for Taylor's privacy, we are not sharing her employment information as that would not be fair to Taylor.
Although we know you will miss her, we hope the fans will embrace the new members of the Clippers Spirit, and give them a real Clipper Nation welcome!"
What a total canned response. I didn’t ask about her employment info or for any info. I only said they were wrong for cutting her. Shows that they don’t even bother to read the e-mails. They just automatically sent a prewritten response as soon as they see her name referenced. |

If you read the whole post, you will see I even pointed out that I didn't ask for any info on her. I only told them they made a mistake. I thought their response was strange since it made statements having nothing to do with my e-mail. You missed the whole point that they will send the same response to any e-mail refering to her. |

Hey honoraryfan, thanks for the info. What's the deal with Kristin? She was probably my fav. Spirit, what happened? Just thought maybe you know something. Thanks. |

illastrate, I know a lot of fans loved Kristin too; she's been on the team for 4(?) straight years I think. It's a huge commitment for these girls; they practice several times a week, need to be at the game several hours before tip-off, and also participate in a lot of community service activities; on top of going to school/working full-time/having a 'regular' life. you can imagine many things can happen that will cause them to move on, as much as they may not want to.
looks like we're getting a new-looked clipper and spirit team . |

She probably looks better in Clippers attire rather than Lakers, but I'm sure she will look nice either way. |

| Taylor has posted her own response and started her own thread on this site. So, if you want the scoop on everything that went down go look for the thread that ends with "Yours truely, Taylor." She's heart broken and needs our props. |
