Here is the Olympic Gold Medal Game (USA vs. Spain) in its entirety. For those of u who are on the fence of who to draft rubio or griffin and want to watch new footage other than youtube, here u go. Please don't move this. People who want to watch this will not be able to find it if u do. Its hard to find on the internet since its only on 1 spanish site and no U.S. ones.

So after watching, what is your opinion? Who would you go with? I might start watching a bit right now.

Sorry, the rules are there for a purpose. If they don't know how to maneuver through this message board, they should take the time to learn. It isn't hard.

its clipper related! this is for clipper fans to see footage of rubio in actual game action to decide on who they want for the pick. How is this not clipper related? By putting this thread in the nba section, less people will see it. How is this more of an nba thread than a clipper thread?

No-it's-not. The Clipper fans don't decide on who to pick...the front office does...and did...it's on record. Therefor, anything related to other players in the draft is moot.

Unless the Clipper's organization says it's looking at Rubio, this topic will have to be discussed here.

Like i said, the ones that make a concerted effort in learning how the message board works, will see it. Don't worry, People come to this section of the board.

this picture: http://www.nba.com/clippers/tickets/draftpack0910.html

plus the fact that dunleavy scouted rubio. Along with the fact that we have a small chance, but yes a chance of trading for the #2 pick sooo.....

^^ not sure why I keep replying but I will one final time:

The fact that both Dun and Roeser (sp) have already said it's a "no brainer" kind of nullifies anything and everything before that. Like I said, if The Clippers say they are still looking to draft Rubio, then and only then does it become a clipper topic. Anything else is just wishful thinking that has nothing behind it. Why don't you just post this on the existing thread about Dun & Rubio on the Clipper's discussion forum?

I have to say that if the Clippers are still showing Rubio's picture on their homepage the debate will continue. I really hope we don't trade our pick for Rubio but it seems like the Clippers organization needs to get more solidly behind Griffin in their season ticket marketing department.

I wouldn't put too much into that. Clipper website is one of the most poorly run basketball websites in my opinion, so the fact that they havent changed that picture doesn't surprise me at all. What we do know for sure, as ClipperJoe has pointed out, and it is documented at....

Watching this should be reason that anybody with the second pick shouldn't pick Rubio. HE's a spanish speaking Livingston and livi being picked at 4 was too high so two is ridiculous for this kid. This is not a good video to argue he should be the first pick. He can't even dribble as well as Livingston.

I also agree about the way the Clippers site is run. I don't understand the Rubio talk either when The Clippers already said Griffin.

Either way, thanks for the link. It was nice seeing the game again. As for Rubio, considering the obvious injury in the first quarter I thought he did pretty well. Keep in mind this wasn't just any opposition he was facing, and the stage was as big time as it gets. That first three-on-one fast break that he led, before he jammed his finger on his dominant hand, was a thing of beauty. Not the toughest play in the world of course, but he ran it aces, the pass was slick and right there. Don't get me wrong, I'm for Griffin, but I didn't see anything in that game to put me off Ricky. You don't jam the index finger on your shooting hand and not have it effect your performance, at least to some degree. The young man can definitely handle the ball, and he was barking orders to much older teammates who listened. He has leadership qualities, style and I think eventually will be a knock-out pro.
