I'm giddy about this team like i was the first couple seasons where we had those exciting run and gun teams featuring Odom,Q Rich, D Miles,Maggette and Brand. I've noticed something that will translate into very very good chemistry, i wanted to point out. The bench is getting into the games bigtime, cheering loudly and they all seem to be bonding on and off the court. Do you all see the same thing? I know we say it every year but I'm 100 percent certain almost, this is our year. Even if we play average we should be able to win 40 games. If we play our best, and continue jelling, 50 wins isn't far fetched at all.

This is the rise of the Clippers. LET'S GO CLIPPERS! LET'S GO!

I'm pretty pumped about this season too. Unlike the previous squad you mentioned, which was mostly all young guys, the present team has a good mix of vets and youngsters. And, at least so far, the chemistry and attitude seems really good. I get the sense that this teams really feels like it can play with anyone, which definitely was not the case over the last couple years, especially after Cassell left. I really think that, if everything goes right - especially with injuries -- this team can do better than just threaten for the 8th spot. This Clipper team is definitely more talented, at least one paper, then several teams that made the playoffs last year. Houston, New Orleans (without Yao and Artest) and Utah come to mind first.
