new article resurfaced but this has been going on for ages.
i think its pretty obvious that DTS made a "massive monetary contribution" to the NAACP to have them give him a lifetime achievement award
...and plaster it all over the LA Times.
that donald sterling. |

| Apparent this guy just wants to stir the pot, get some "public outrage". I'm just wondering where this federal settlement goes- to the ones who were allegedly discriminated against or what? |

Classi Dan Wetzel article. He is trying to make everyone pissed and outraged when no one cares. DTS is of horrible moral characterand everyone knows it so no one cares. |

| Well unfortunately, if David Stern and the powers-that-be at the NBA wanted to do something to Sterling, even just based on the constant ineptitude, then they would done it already. |

| zzzzzz settling does not mean you're guilty. That's the biggest flaw in logic ever. The cost of a court case reaches in the tens of millions, especially a class action like this one. He's far better off settling and just forgetting about it.. even if he is innocent. I'm not paying $25 million to prove i'm innocent. You wouldn't either |

| Settling doesn't mean you're guilty but it sure casts suspicion. Perhaps you may settle because you don't want to spend more time and money in court, but to the public it makes you look guilty. Just look at Kobe's case. No one knows if Kobe raped that girl, but the fact that he settled makes the public think he's guilty of something. |
