I know I will get crap for saying Livingston will not be back this upcoming season but that is what I believe. Shaun has been plagued with injury most of his career and considering his body type, I don't see him healing in time for this season. Plus, I would rather see him sit out the year to overkill his healing and work on building muscle. I just don't think his frame can take too much punishment in spite of his age. If he built muscle around his injuries and body, he could withstand more compared to the way....

Welcome Russ! Wow if what you heard is true maybe that's why the Clippers haven't signed Jordan yet because they think Shaun will be ready. That would be pretty miraculous indeed. But even if he's ready what the team has there are 3 point guards who are more oft injured, so signing Jordan would be a very important insurance policy.

That sounds great Russdaddy and welcome. This might be true but damn, this boy needs to put on some weight an muscle! I don't think he can endure another injury in his career. I know he's young but I couldn't help but think that the Clippers were going to give up on him after this last injury. He has been plagued for most of his career and another injury would probably end his credibility with the Clips and the league. He might be branded as an injury prone player. I still stand by what I said about his injury status. There is no proof I have on this only a feeling. The guy broke just about every tendon on his knee. The guy could have ended up an amputee!

The funny thing about this is that up until a month ago ( July 29th, 2007) , Shaun was barely able to do minimal movements on his knee during the time of the LA TIMES article. In any case, I would much rather see him sit this one out.

Correction;

The guy just tore about every ligament in his knee...not tendon as written above.
