I though about putting in the "Clippers 2010 cap situation" thread, but I think this might deserve its own thread, Anywho, no surprises here, as the Lakers are the Assocation's most valuable team (as of the end '08-09 season), at $607 million, followed by the Knicks ($583 million), Bulls ($511 million), Pistons ($479 million), and Cavaliers ($476 million) rounding out the top five.

The Clippers are 23rd, at $295 million, two million lower in value than they were the season prior. I'm sure the Donald doesn't like his franchise depreciating in value, albeit by one percent. But, they didn't lose money, as they took in $100 million in revenue and had an operating income of $10 million.
