Whatsup clipper nation,
I apologize for not posting as frequently as i used to. The clippers are struggling this year, no question about it.
I definitely start to notice a trend with clipper fans recently. Everyone is talking about the future. We're ALREADY talking about draft picks and possible free agents etc, etc. Though those topics are evidently important, i don't think it should be the MAIN concern right now. I think we seriously need to focus on RIGHT NOW. I think the clippers style of play of late has been ridiculous. So what if we don't have our star players, we shouldn't be 10-21. Granted, with Brand and Livingston back, we would be better, our record indicates our effort on the floor. WE SIMPLY DON'T TRY. I saw the spurs game couple days ago, and we were playing well, and later started to play lackadaisically. What's the deal?
WHAT STATE ARE THE CLIPPERS IN? Are we in a rebuilding mode right now? Are we just waiting to see what happens when the two stars come back? If we are, there should be some kinda effort til they do come back. This was the fear coming into the season, being so deep in the loss column, that brand and livingston wouldn't be enough to pull them through. We are LAST in the pacific and we are looking at a horrible record. Was this expected? Yes, but not to this extent.
I know it sounds bad, but as of right now, i'm shocked when i see the clippers win. it's just how it is.
do something RIGHT NOW. make a trade. change the system. if not, i guess we return to how the clippers are stereotyped to be: Losers. |

| Welcome back partytime! Unless there's a miracle winning streak I think for now we have to look to next year. So any move the Clippers make must be focused on making it big next season. I wouldn't mind any trades as long as it will position the team for a strong 2008-2009. |

| Welcome back!...I dont think rebuilding is necessary...adding pieces is necessary though. I think they just need to build on what they already have, try to keep Brand and whoever else and move forward with some young talents. It's really a luxury to have 1st rounders learning from the bench in their first year instead of being thrown in the game and expected to lead the team. |
