Looks like Willaims' family is already house hunting:

On Friday, ESPN NBA reporter Ric Bucher stops by to give you his thoughts on the latest news from the court.

(Question:) What do you think will it really take for D-Will (Deron Williams) to stay as a Net?

Ric Bucher: Getting Dwight Howard would do a lot, but upgrading the roster in general will be the biggest factor. From what I hear, Deron's family already has been out house-hunting and he regularly texts with (Nets general manager) Billy King about players that would be good to add to their team. That, at least, sounds like a guy looking to stay. ... TORY_32314

Regardless if he's house hunting or not... he still hasn't committed to saying anything about remaining with that team longer than the 1 year thats left on his contract. Once he says that, then were out of the D Wills race along with everyone else but the Nets. Problem for NJ is surrounding D Wills with talent. Brooke LOpez may be one of the worst rebounding centers I have ever seen in my life, but he is offensively gifted. Kris Humphries aka the Humps is really only good at rebounding. NJ doesn't have much at all outside of draft picks to work with as far as a trade goes, and this years draft is so horrible they may just be better off forfeiting the picks to save money.

NJ is a horrid place to be right now, I'd rather play for the Cavs.
