Q Ross is gonna have his hands full guarding the red hot Lebron James. If both Maggette and Kaman are back then I think the Clippers match up pretty well and have a solid chance vs the Cavs. If Kaman especially can't go, it might be a long night because it will be very difficult to match up against Illgauskas. And any double team of him in the post will just make life easier for LBJ. Go Clips!

Not too bad with all considering. I mean it hurts this team enough not having Brand but now we are without Maggette and Kaman so the fact that we can still compete is great. Everyone just has to step it up which Powell seems to be doing. Al has been on fire the past couple of minutes. Nice 2 three pointer Smile Only one who seems to him them now lol

47-45 not too shabby. That 3 ball hurts but at least we've been answering back would a couple of our own. Powell isn't looking bad either. I know a lot of us wanted him out but he seems to be stepping up his game with all the playing time. Hopefully he can play like this when he's Kaman's backup.
What do you guys think so far?

It's slowly slipping away now- down by 10 at 79-69 with James going to the free throw line. 9:13 left. They're just having a tough time stopping the Cavs int he 2nd half.

What a pass by Thornton to Powell! Down by only 6 now 80-74.

Another loss. We're a really good team when healthy, but our record shows that we're never healthy. My hopes of this season are dwindling.

It's over 98-84- Clippers just ran out of bullets in the 2nd half- just no answer for Illgauskas. Al had 23, Cat had 19, but Sam only had 6. The Clippers were actually winning rebounding battle at halftime but ended up getting drubbed on the boards overall 50-35. Here's the box score:

Completely agree...when healthy. That is why I don't stress the losses or this season in general. I go into games looking to see individual play and see improvement. If we were healthy and were playing like this I would be losing my hair by the bunch but considering what has happened with injuries and the
lack of man power, I can't hold it against this good team...when healthy.

Same as you. We are playing with a bunch of 4 players. The fact that we can keep up for as long as we do just makes me imagine how awesome we'd be as a healthy team. I believe we could of won this game with at least Chris in the game to stop Ilgauskas. Overall, it wasn't too bad. I love Al so whenever he plays well it's makes me happy so YAY FOR THORNTON. Clippers top scorer of the night.

It's awful hard not to get discouraged when every night you're out gunned (through no fault of their own) and it seems there is one problem after another so I'll have to give it to the boys playing hard. Clipper Luck
