Miller might go with the nets. And the grizzlies might not get a good player. And the clippers could give way much better payers for him if not the same why don’t they get miller without giving up Corey the grizzlies only want cap space so they would accept any player’s why not Sam for miller or someone else.

Since we are not going to the playoffs no matter what happens, and since Sam is obviously gone this summer, what you said makes really good since. If the Clips do not deal, this summer they will not have Sam nor Miller. They could even through in Aaron's expiring contract as well since a vet backup center can always be replaced this summer.

I never liked Mike Miller. I'm opposed to any trade for the Clippers this year. I'm looking eagerly to the 08-09 season and the upcoming offesason.

Clippers are trying to pry Mike Miller out of Memphis with an offer of expiring contracts that includes a package of Sam Cassell and Aaron Williams. The Grizzlies want the Clippers first-round pick in 2008, and so far, the Clippers are balking why dont they give up corey

The Griz would most likely buy out Sam and he would end up in Boston anyway. But there is no way we are going to give up a potential #5 pick and players for Miller. Maybe a second round pick that would still he high because of where we would place.

i would do that deal because a 5 overall pick for mike miller I would take mike miller because I don’t think the draft has very good players that could score 20 to 25 points we need miller why don’t they give up Corey for miller straight up.

Bill, DUDE! GET A CLUE!!! REALITY TO BILL!!! Corey has nothing to do with this deal!!!! Why would we want to give up the second best sf in the west for miller when we would then have a void at sf??? Doesn't make much sense does it??? Do all the maggette haters watch the clippers games or do they just hear about them and post about what they hear??? Honestly WE NEED TO UPGRADE OUR TEAM NOT DOWNGRADE AND ADD A GREAT SG!! The way the pacific looks there is no way we can be on top with our current line-up. We have to get this deal done so we would look like. Kaman/Brand/Maggette/Miller/Livingston. That has to be the sickest clipper team EVER!!! Well here is hoping.........LONG LIVE CLIPPER NATION!!!!

Forgot to mention our bench. Al thornton, Mobley, Thomas,Ross, Knight is a deep bench. Great shooters, size, veterans, and points. We would have a sick team!!!!

Yup I agree no way should we give up our first round pick. We could potentially draft a Derrick Rose or a Jerryd Bayless or Eric Gordon. We're talking about potential All-Star players there, while Miller has a big contract + he's pretty much reached his potential. |
