I said in the trade thread Mo for Asik and Brewer since CJ was out but now he's back. Plus Chicago lovesss Asik he's an amazing defender, and Tom Thib LOVES Brewer, he's also a great defender, fits there system.

Asik is one of the best defensive Bigs in the league way more valuable then just another athletic point guard with no court vision.

Plus he's the perfect fit for our team , he'd probably challenge DJ for the starting position.

Love Bledsoe, butI'd trade him for the rights to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

he would for sure not taking the starting job from DJ. and now that we have chris paul on our team, bledsoe's future is way brighter. cp3 whos arguably the best pg in the league will mentor bledsoe and plus we haven't seen him yet i heard he was killing it during the summer.

Granger is slumping in and out and has injury concerns we traded away two inconsistent injury prone players don't need to bring one back in.

I agree Bledsoe looks like he has potential to be a wonderful player. However, being a Clipper fan and enduring years of drafting players with potential and eventually learning they have severe deficiencies [mostly attitude], I'd like to trade for proven talent. His trade value is minimal since he hasn't exactly torn up the league. I suggest we just keep him to see if he can show above average talent [and attitude].

being that billups isnt exactly young (nor is there any confident feeling that he'd even be here next year), you cant trade away your top young talent that's waiting to breakout for a player that plays caron butler's position. and its not like caron's old - granger's only about 2 years younger. and in my opinion, butler's a MUCH MUCH better defender and rebounder.

Billups is the steal of the decade. There's no way we can afford his true worth on the open market. If he plays as well as he has shown so far, there is no way we will be able to afford him next season. He is in effect a one-year rental. And that is too bad! And I doubt if we can find anyone [Bledsoe included] that can replace his immense talent.

I was on a cruise when we got Butler. I couldn't believe we could sign an all-star caliber player. Prior to picking him up, I hoped we could be the 8th seed in the PO. When we got Butler I thought that we now were in the PO! I was elated to say the least. I remember the 2002 draft and almost kicked in the television when we picked Wilcox over CB. The whole country knew he was a scorer then, but a so-so defender. When he went pro, he kept scoring but his defense just got better and better.

We got a team now! Hell, we might even go deep into the PO. Clippers...imagine that.

Mayo is available, I'd do Mayo for Bledsoe. Only if we can't do Mo for Mayo. It adds size with Mayo being 6'5 and a true shooting guard to our team which we need.

Id take Mayo right away, he can easily average 15+ ppg in the right system, has good court vision and can play both guard spots. Id trade either Bledsoe or Mo or anyone off the bench as a matter of fact for Mayo. Im sure he will have a bounce back year soon and its better to trade for him now when his value is low.

Mayo sucks and can't play D nor is he a good locker room guy. Mayo is too small to play the 2 just like Gordon and Billups are and that's all I hear about on this forum. Mayo lacks the ability to play the 1. We've got enough combo guards on this team.

We need Keith Bogans.

I'd only flip Bledsoe for a guy who can guard Durant/LeBron/Kobe.. even if he can't do anything else.. I'd like to get Corey Brewer somehow actually.

in a heartbeat.... I love the guy, but if he can be thrown in for a D12 or a trade for a weakness, yes.
