I wanted to take a survey, but I didn't see one here.
So I'll just ask, how many more games do you think we will win?
My guess is 2, which will be @ Seattle and at home against Memphis.........
It doesn't get any easier from this point.......
@ Portland
Portland
@Dallas
@San Antonio
@Utah
Memphis (there's a WIN!)
Dallas
@Seattle (there's another WIN)
@Sacramento
Houston
Denver
Lakers
@Golden State
@New Orleans
@Houston
Then we can shut it down, thank god......23-59 |

| Tough ending to the schedule, mostly with teams playing for a playoff position. My feeling is that the Clips are fine with that for the time being. They want to stay in the 6th draft position and hope to move up further during the lottery. There are some impact draft picks 1-8 and the higher up you are the more likely you are to get a great player. So giving Al, Smush, and Faz minutes is more important than wins. Brand will come back for maybe the last 6 games. Maybe as early as the Seattle road game. As for wins, 2 or 3. |

Hypothetically if Miami, Seattle, Memphis, Minnesota, New York, are all positioned ahead of us in the draft selection if the lottery balls were to fall in order.......what is each team's needs?
Miami- with Dwayne Wade, looks like they need a big man rather than a back court player, so I am not worried about them.
Seattle- they are all over the map, they need help in each position except for SF
Memphis & Minnesota- Both have young talent, but it looks like the T-wolves would snatch up Beasley before we could. I don't know what Memphis would be seeking to acquire.
New York- needs a point guard as well.......i can see OJ MAYO going there for some reason, to which I hope he doesn't and the Knicks draft another Reynaldo Balkman type of player!
So if those 2 premiere PG's are snatched up......what would be left for the CLIPPERS? |

Agreed. The Western Conference seedings will go down to the wire, since the top 9 teams are still so close (really amazing). LAC is playing almost all of them over the next few weeks, and none of them will be able to slow play games at season's end. So it would be a stretch to win more than 2 games. |

| Well it'll be a "race" to see if we can "catch" the Knicks for the 5th position in the lottery. We're #6 right now and have 2 fewer losses than NY. But as you guys pointed out the schedule will be tough, where as I see some winnable games for the Knicks in the next 5 games for them, so we may have a chance to have a worse record than them for more ping pong balls. |

We should be able to get either Rose, Bayless, or Mayo (more of a combo guard).... should, but we'll see. Gordon wouldn't be a bad too as a backup SG & a guy who goes relentlessly to the line like Maggette. If we don't get the superstar maybe we should trade down and get two draft picks and get guys like Chris Douglas-Roberts/Chase Budinger and Darren Collison. Or Collison & Thabeet/Hibbert. New Jersey has an 11th pick and a 23rd pick- though a 23rd pick is probably not going to amount to too much. |

Do we get Minnesota's pick this year? Or do they have to have the 18th pick or higher?
Do we have any other picks from other teams? |

| Nope- unfortunately the Minny pick is top 10 protected until 2011 (unprotected in 2012). We just have one pick for now. |

See Joe, I agree with you completely!
That's what so called professional sports reporters, announcers, broadcasters, and even sports educated fans forget to realize......
Everybody is like..........oh back the CLIPPERS of old.....CLIPPERS suck, they will never be good.......
NOBODY seems to realize that we lost the heart and soul of our team ,not to mention attitude, poits, rebounds etc
EVERYBODY seems to forget that we also lost an up and coming point guard
+ numerous injuries to KAMAN, THOMAS, MOBLEY, CASSELL
the loss of Paul Davis
56 different starting line ups......
Frustrates me that people get on me because my team is in the cellar.....I tell them why, but they seem to look past the point,
We'll be back |

EXACTLY! That's a great explanation! They don't look inside of what's really going on. |

| I agree as well. Look at it this way: we are starting a third string PF (Powell) at C and a fourth string PG (Dickau). Both guys who arguably would have trouble making it onto any other NBA roster. All because of injuries. |

Forgive me for my poor use of grammar
I tend to just type fast and not realize what I am typing, or I just get ahead of myself
I am sure all of you are thinking that I have poor grammar skills, uneducated, or just don't know what I am talking about.....but I can assure you that my grammar is better than the likes of Tim Hardaway, Ron Harper, and Emmitt Smith! |

| Compare us to Miami. No one says "Heat Suck" This year has been a cruel joke. With our injuries a good college team could probably beat us. Not our fault. |
