lmao lakerQ. i cant wait to see gallinari and afflalo destroy the flakers. then you will cry, bitch and moan about the nba targetting the flakers with the methhead suspension. the same nba that has handed titles to your flakers. aside from methhead, who else can defend gallinari. the scrub barnes? kobe? lol. before trolling on here make sure you can come up with smarter arguments than "caron has bad knees" bs.

You know butler is going to have a hard time staying in front of rudy... rudy can also post him up to....

Have you herd the name devin ebanks? the long 6"8 guy who had sackles on durant ankles lol...How about the great 8 time 1st team all defense black mamba....I'm not worried about denver at all...

lol devin ebanks... let me guess devin ebanks is the next kevin durant right? haha thats how all laker fans look at things. jordan hill had one decent game vs thunder and laker fans have been d*ck riding him is he also the next karl malone? . for your info, most of durants shots were open he was just having an off night

@lakerq, u have got to be kdding me even mentioning devin ebanks in the same breath as butler. gay presents problems. but we have a deep team. just cuz durant went cold with his shot against your flakers doesnt mean ebanks stopped him. the only reason your punkass team won that game is because mike brown most likely sent methhead worth piss to cheap shot harden. harden was killing your team and he was the missing link at the end of that game. thats why you guys came back. if harden hadnt been cheapshotted by a p***y like methhead you guys get slaughtered. if butler's knees are shot, what about kobrick's? yes hes such a great defender that gilbert arenas and michael redd went for 60 and 57 points respectively within 2 games of each other. lmao at the 8 time all defensive team. talk about overrated. gallinari is going to make ebanks and barnes his b****es throughout the series. like i said come up with a valid statements instead of going into lala land with this whole "im not worried about the nuggets"

Sorry to tell you but Kobe doesn't play any defense. In fact, the reason why your defense isn't that good anymore is because Kobe breaks down the team defense.

Kobe did a good job on Westbrook last time they played but he won't be able to do that 2 games straight , much less a series.

Kobe gets smoked on defense.

Since everyone always likes to talk about "playoff experience," I think it should stated that Butler actually has more of it than Gay.

Did you have to use your calculator to figure that out?

If you have played 1 playoff game then you have more experience than Rudy.

Our team has more experience. We have more chemistry. We were not built overnight by the NBA like Clippers were.

The Grizzlies have experience in tanking to get to play the injured Spurs team last year. Your 2 top players haven't really played together much in 2 seasons. How good is your chemistry if the Clippers gave the 4th seed to you guys? Our team might be built overnight but you backed into our seed cause we didn't play our best player in our last game.

All in all, we're evenly matched as you can get but we beat your chemistry and experience 2 out of 3 times.

We didn't back into your seed. While the Clippers lost 2 of last 3 and almost lost to Hornets at home. The Grizzlies won 17 of their last 20 games and won the final 6 games in a row. So we DID NOT back into anything. Grizz took care of business down the stretch---- the Clippers did not.

Also the 2 games the CLippers won this season were without Zach Randolph. Had he been healthy we would have swept the season series.

I wonder how the Grizzlies will respond to the pressure to win this series. This is as tight a matchup as it can get, but now they have home-court and all those media expectations. The minute we draw blood, there'll be doubt and finger-pointing.

I like being the underdogs.

I think there are some things that may fall in our favor. For one, you're right the Grizzlies are favored and the pressure is on them.

Second, I feelt that through the second half of the season Mo Williams, Kenyon MArtin, and CAron Butler have been digressing somewhat...but now that the playoffs are here they may flip that switch on to turn on their best performances. If you think this is a fluke look at how good Caron was against the lakers in our last game. Its like these guys show up when they know its crucial, we can only hope thats the case in this series. If these three dont show up we are done: Blake and PAul cant continue to be the only two to carry this team

I dont think your over confidence is warranted at all. Denver is a tough matchup. Sure, the lakers will win, but it will be a hard fought series (my opinion is a 7 game series) that will sufficiently tire and wear out that roster before they ultimately see OKC. Dont take them lightly...Again, dont forget last years playoffs. The lakers opened against New Orleans and toyed with them for six games...six games. That, in my opinion, lasted way too long for a team that they had been somethinglike 4-0 against in the regular season that year. Ultimately, I feel that letting the Hornets stick around for that long tired them out for that series against Dallas, and mind you this Laker roster is older, without metta world peace for six games, and if im not mistaken without matt barned for a while...how in the world do you think that the Lakers will go 4-1?

You mean crucial like the last 2 games of the season that you couldn't win 1 to get home court? Yeh yeh you step it up when its crucial... pffftftftft SMH

yeah cuz we faced two hot teams who are in the playoffs. last game without chris paul. your weak opponents definately helped you guys end up with homecourt. not that it matters, because it just delays the inevitable loss for the grizzlies in 6. it would have been in 5 if we had home court. cp3 is going to show tony allen how overrated of a defender he is. hes a good defender, tough. but cp3 becomes a beast in the playoffs. hopefully allen shows up to TRY to stop him, emphasis on try.

Nah, that wasn't crucial for us. Why do you think CP3 didn't play in New York? We can beat Memphis anywhere.

It really says something when a fan from another team comes on a Clipper board and sports a Clippers logo..... So insecure bout your own team that your avatar has to be a Clippers logo with Flop City in it.. Very Creative, and its a nice way to cover up for your doubts about your own team...

Thank you. I completely agree, K-Mart may not be able to completely shut down Gay but he'll definitely be able to keep up with Gay.
