So our season is lost, but we could still play the role of big time spoilers. Remember late last season the Mavs rested all their regular starters and tanked that game vs. the Warriors? That pretty much killed the Clippers playoff hopes. And of course, poetic justice had the Warriors beating Dallas in the first round Very Happy

And now that Dirk Nowitzki will be out for two weeks at least.... We need to take advantage.

We have two games upcoming with the Mavs and we need to try everything to win those two games and possibly knock them out of the playoffs. I really, really sincerely hope that the players and the coaching staff remember what happened last season. If there's any good opportunity to unleash Brand and Kaman this season, those two games would be it.

Let's get those bastards!!!!!!! Wow what comes around could really go around!

....so much for having faith on your team. Don't worry, they will not get past the Suns. Oh, if they Play the Warriors, they will not get past the first round.

Lets look at history shall we?

Kobe has never won a single playoff round since the departure of the REAL LAKER; Shaq O'Neal. Remember how Kobe put up so much numbers in each season, yet, never have provided any kind of leadership nor help for his team when it counted! Seriously tho...for someone to be put ahead of the rest as one of the most dynamic player in the league by far...has never been able to actually win it when it counted. With Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum finally starting his stride (and remember...Kobe made fun of Bynum in that infamous KOBE VIDEO!!!) seriously...they wont make any kind of noise this playoff. Trust me!

It's funny how the FAKERS FANS start jumpin' back on the bandwagon after everyone really wanted him out.

Kobe...you'll be known as the biggest PWNED! Player in NBA HISTORY!!!! To be known as someone who broke up the greatest 5 man starter in history (Malone, Payton, Shaq, Kobe, Fisher) and will never...ever...ever...ever win a Championship! Seriously! Face the truth! Kobe wont win!

This years LAKER team is completely different..............regardless of history.....................

Vujacic showed up, and is a sharp shooter who brings points off the bench
Farmar is continuing to improve and is also a key piece in coming off the bench
Turiaf is the spark off the bench
Kwame and Brian Cook brought nothing to the team, and are gone
Bynum proved to be the game changer in the middle
Ariza was a nice pick up
The addition of Gasol has helped

So this is not the LAKERS of old, but then again, this is an NBA 7 and a Western Conference like no other.
There is no clear cut favorite, and it is anybody's title for the taking.

Suns,Lakers and San Antonio are the top contenders who bring the experience and knows what it takes to win a 7 game series

New Orleans & Golden State aren't given enough credit, but golden State's downfall is the lack of defense.

Rjones 13LAL.....welcome to the forum! I am known as Mr. Negative, and always harping on the CLIPPERS for doing wrong, and wondering why they do what they do, and I am always frustrated that we can not get it right to get to the top.

I am hoping that you will bring argumentive, insightful conversations, but without the gloating, or arrogance that one LAKER fan is known for.
We all know you have the banners, and the titles, and arguably the best player in the league.....that has been well documented and smeared in our face for quite some time.

We hope you did not joing this forum just to create negativity, hate, or anything of that nature.
We welcome your constructive criticism, and look forward to many arguments and disagreements that lie ahead!
