This was surprising to me. Just figured the Clippers were done with moving people around....guess not. Aaron wasn't doing much for us anyways. So I guess we'll see how Marcus Williams does for us assuming he gets some playing time. These players being brought in never seem to play or stick around for very long... Nick Fazekas being the exception.
Heres the article.

How interesting. Marcus Williams is from Arizona and was actually a potential first round pick last season before he slipped into a 2nd round Spurs pick. The Spurs then waived him. At 6'7" he has a 7'1" wingspan. His stats in the D-League are similar to that of Maggette:

I'm excited to see how he'll do out there. He looks like he could be a solid defender and rebounder. |

| Sad day in Clipper Nation. Aaron was a good guy, he bought he drinks at Big Wangs after the Lakers game. After that day i had a new respect for him. Hopefully he can finish his career with a winning team next year. Sad to see that the Clippers are a pretty much D-league team now. We got a bunch of D-league players or players no one wants expect for about 5 players. Hopefully we can get some good players next year ive already committed to season tickets next year again. |

| Aaron's career is probably nearing an end. Great work-ethic guy who's played some good b-ball in his career. Some team may pick him up next year, but I kinda doubt it. BEST WISHES to AARON! |

| Yeah good luck to AW- too bad he was injured so much- we really could've used him inside. |

| Is it possible that the Clips will take their core starters and surround them with a bunch of young guys. I smell a Clippers youth movement. |

That's an ideal situation. Hopefully its what they're doing. |
