| Maggette will be doubtful for this one, which means even with Brand and Kaman back together the Clippers will have tough time winning. Tim Thomas will probably be back but he will probably be rusty. So Al will need to step it up and get 25+. And heck who knows maybe Cat will get hot and score 30+ like he will do once in a blue moon. Q will need to chip in with double-digit points too. Go Clips! |

I always love to root against the Nuggets. Carmelo's immaturity is a heckler's delight. But I still hugely respect AI's game.
Sad, I gave my ticket to my cousin who is a Nugget fan. Sorry about that Clipps84. |

Clippers play well against the Nuggets at home...I wonder if Q Ross gets the start to guard Melo...Chances are Melo gets ejected (seems like it happens everytime against the Clipps in LA)...
We werent able to spoil the Mavs playoff picture...lets see if we can mess with the Nuggets...crucial game for them....go Clippers.
P.S. Kaman is inactive for the rest of the season (unless there is something i dont know) |

haha I wish. since it's fan appreciation night tonight tickets were cheap so I got a pair of $10 tickets but I pretty high up lol. No worries though just nice to be there for second to last home game. I hope I don't sit next to some Denver fan.
On a side not, has anyone ever mention like the group of us all going to a game? Not sure exactly how that would be planned but could be fun...maybe something to think of next season.....

Everytime I see Melo, I picture the same thing. Yup, the Clippers have his number. I am hoping for an upset today. |

laclippers!!!!! I totally saw that shout out haha I couldn't believe it. That was awesome lol. I sent in one to you and top buzz after I saw yours but I don't think they put it up....those bastards haha. No worries. But yeah what a bad game, at least it was starting the second half. I didn't realize people didn't like Smush Parker. They booed him every time. Why is that?
Wow you got lotter tickets! That's cool...so question. What exactly are lottery tickets? |

Nick Fazekas had an amazing game 9 points in only 4 minutes of action. THat is great. And I don't know if you noticed this, clipps04 (the rest of CLipperNation should know about it), did you notice that when EB was addressing Staples, he said "I know this was a tough season for you guys, and I promise ...." he either said "I'll be back next year, or I'll help this team win next year.," or something like that. Either way, it sounded like a committment to me!
Lottery tickets. They gave everyone a voucher for a free QuickPick ticket or somethin for the california lottery. idk. lol. Glad you saw the shoutout. |

That's great to have you guys there at the game supporting the team clipps04 & laclippers! And thanks for the Topbuzz shoutout- I wish I saw it on TV! Thanks for the report from the arena guys!
Anyways yeah that was a beat-down starting midway through the 2nd quarter. Tim Thomas and Al Thornton were just not effective out there- not boxing out, not playing good defense, and not making shots. Might as well have Powell and Fazekas out there to send a message. I mean I don't care if you're a vet or a super-rookie- when you're not putting out the effort other guys need to get a chance.
I think Mobley and Q did all they could (nice to see Q hit some J's & penetrate more), and EB did okay considering this is only what, his third or fourth game back.
They had more guns and bigger guns than us, period, but that doesn't mean we couldn't have played harder and smarter. And there's only one Quinton Ross- he can't guard Iverson, Anthony, & JR Smith all by himself. Just a really poor effort defensively and rebounding! |

Well, another loss in our back...As you comment I would play more minutes with Faz. He's putting effort and showing desire and at this time it must not be easy. I still want to see him shooting more often from perimeter positions.
On the positive side, we have another W for the knicks...they are only one victory away from us so let's see if we can go forward in the draft. |

| If Fazekas can get his shooting range going, he could be a deadly (insert here for instant offense) kind of bench player. I'd like to have a guy like that. Someone can do better than Radmanovic did here, lol!! |

I didn't realize people didn't like Smush Parker. They booed him every time. Why is that?
Not to try and say I told you so, but there was a thread created when Smush Parker got signed.................I was like WHAT??????
Why would the CLIPPERS sttop this low to sign garbage like that?
Some fellow thread users were getting on me saying....give this guy a chance, maybe he'll change......
With all due respect guys..................it's Smush Parker!!!!
He sucked with the LAKERS, sucked with the HEAT, and guess what.....he sucks here!
The guys is classless, selfish, and a show boater. I am just frustrated with management because I know we are not a desperate team like the Knicks, and I know we are better than that. |

Yeah I can't quite remember what he said either but he definitely worded it meaning he'd be back. I think it was more along the lines of "I'll make it up to you. We'll do better next year"...something like that. Oh those kind of lottery tickets. Got it, thought it was some kind of Clippers tickets but they give you a random game, thus lottery lol. Still getting lottery tickets is cool....who knows you may win big!

| I hope so. I didn't notice the lack of popularity from Smush Parker. But I was really disappointed with the overwhelming applause for the Nuggets, and almost NONE for teh Clips including EB. But, E.B. did sound that she's coming back. It was a loss and really disappointing. |
