The Clippers will be going against a team desperate as no other in the Warriors tonight. The good news is that Maggette is expected to play. But Q Ross will likely be out, and it's going to be a tough task trying to keep Monta Ellias in check without him. Let's see the guys can pull off an upset here, but if not I wouldn't fret too much about it considering the lottery situation Go Clips! |

| haha so sad. And why is it that our home station always and I mean ALWAYS gives out more highlights to the opposing team? WTF is that all about. Not that we are doing so hot right now but we hit some 3's and made some nice shots and we had 0 highlights at the commercial break.... |

Suddenly we are down by 4! Not quite sure how this happened. I guess we tightened up our D and started making better passes to find the open man. Either way keep it up! I want a playoff spoiler |

| Clippers down by 9 heading into 4th quarter. Thornton and Brand playing well!! That's great to see. Cat seems to be "on". Upset? Maybe not, but I hope it's close!!! |

Kind of an interesting game. We are down by 20, then come back to within 3. Then we are back down by 17 and now going into the 4th we are down by 9. So we still have a shot. The trio of Thornton, Brand, and Mobley have been great tonight. If EB gets another basket, they'll all have 20 points each.
Lets hope we can bring the pressure for the remaining 12 minutes and steal a win. |

| Man Mobley has got to hit some of the toughest shot. I'm always like "ahh why is hit taking that crazy fade away shot under pressure" but he pulls it off. It's his go to shot and when he's on his quite hard to stop. |

and back down by 10 still have just under 6 minutes with foul shots coming from Al. Give the guys credit they are battling...well at least Mobley, Brand, and Thornton. Maggette has been cold tonight but still manages to get double digit points. Maybe he's off because it's his first game back from injury. |

| And now the Clippers are imploding. Maggette with an easy layup or dunk miss and Parker with a terrible pass leading to Warriors making fast break points. |

They're still lingering a bit but I doubt they'll be able to push ahead with 3 mins left and down by 11.
A little fun fact...Warriors have something like 35 fast break points and we have 5....wow |

| And why do we always bring up the ball so slowly and never run a play or pass the ball around. We just hold it....Sometimes I swear our guys don't have a clue.....no worries losing is better...for now lol |

| Wow. I'm in Palm Springs right now and when I checked on my laptop, the Clips came pretty close...if not for the first quarter! |

Yeah we really missed Kaman in this game- he would've made a big difference detering the Warriors from driving the lane. But it was nice to see Cat come up with a HUGE game- he was unstoppable there and almost single-handedly gave the Clippers the lead in the 4th. Thorton had a GREAT game as well, 25 points, 11 boards, and get this- *FIVE* assists! He's definitely doing a better job looking for his teammates. He can really make the D collapse around him and a nice pass easily earns him an assist. Plus Al had no turnover to boot- great game by the rookie. EB did all he could trying to man the middle and had a nice game himself, but he needed more help. With Thomas probably still hobbled by injury I thought Powell probably could've played more minutes to help Brand out inside defensively.
Maggette returned and struggled with his shooting but he still managed to make a big positive impact by getting fouled and going to the line. 22 points for Corey in only 29 minutes. Also I thought Smush did a good job keeping Ellis under control- 9 points and 9 assists- his best game thus far as a Clipper.
This was a good effort, though there were too many mistakes defensively. I have a feeling that if Kaman were playing, we probably get this one.
Too bad Memphis lost to Minnesota- now it's pretty much impossible to catch them in the lottery standings since their lost two games are at Portland and at Denver. |

Things are sure different with Big Daddy back. It looks like he's pissed and the rest of the guys are following suit. Yeah they lost but you gotta give them their props. They played like winners. Lotta heart. Remember Corey was playing hurt. He didn't have to show up. I've forgotten how good EB is. I think we've forgotten how good this team should have been. Healthy Shaun, healthy Sam (there's your shooter), Healthy Corey, healthy new improved Chris, healthy Davis, Q with a jumper AND THORNTON
Where was Powell? |
